Biological Type Acetabular Cup High Rotation Center Placement Of Total Hip Replacement For The Treatment Of Adult Type Crowe ? Developmental Dysplasia Of The Hip Short Term Efficacy Analysis

Objective: To investigate the biotype acetabular cup high rotation center placement of total hip arthroplasty(THA)for Crowe II dysplasia developmental dysplasia of the hip(DDH)the short-term clinical effect.Materials and methods: Group A: Crowe II DDH THA patients with acetabular cup placement of high secondary OA 21 cases,group B: Randomly selected From 114 patients with aseptic necrosis of the femoral head in the same period of THA randomly selected 23 cases,biotype acetabular cup anatomic placement.Before and after clinical surgery of the WOMAC index,claudication,gait,imaging contrast after rotation center and bilateral teardrop vertical distance and horizontal distance,the lower limb length difference.Results: Patients in group 1 were followed up for an average of 19 months,the rotation center distance teardrop19.87±4.66mm;Group 2 was followed up for an average of 19.6 months,the center of rotation of the vertical distance of 30.89 + 7.29 mm,there was significant statistical difference(P < 0.01).In group 1 and group 2,the average distance was35.08±4.60 mm,35.98±5.68 mm after operation,there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).In group 1,the difference of the length of lower limbs was 6.65 + 0.42 mm,in group 2,the difference of the length of lower limbs was 6.59 + 0.47 mm,there was no statistical difference(P>0.05);Last follow-up,group 1 and group 2 WOMAC index was 32.19±3.34 mm,31.91±3.09 mm,there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Postoperative WOMAC index were significantly improved.After two groups of patients had no infection,dislocation,claudication,abnormal gait.Conclusion: Biotype acetabular cup placement of Crowe II type high rotation center of hip dysplasia can be obtained at the initial stage of satisfaction,is a viable option,according to the amount of acetabular bone around the patient,move the center of rotation,according to the activity by the long neck prosthesis and femoral prosthesis size offset adjustment,correct unequal leg length,bilateral soft tissue tension balance...
