Objective: To investigate the serum levels of 25-hydroxy vitamin D levels,k nee joint ultrasonography correlated respectively with osteoarthritis of the knee is;serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D levels and knee joint ultrasonography between may provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of early osteoarthritis of the knee. Methods:The diagnosis from November 2015 to November 2016 in Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University for treatment of 30 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis of knee osteoarthritis group(KOA group). At the same time, sel ect the same period there was no significant difference in bone density measur ement and case group in Qinghai province Xining city tiger Taiwan service ce nter of community health examination of 30 healthy volunteers as control grou p.All subjects were examined for serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels measured and bilateral knee joint ultrasonography, were recorded on both sides of the t hickness of articular cartilage, synovial thickness and suprapatellar bursa effusio n,and ultrasound findings of knees of the heavy side of the recording results of knee joint ultrasonography measurements. Results: 1.KOA group cartilage sonographic measurement of thickness is lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the value of ultrasonographic measurement of KOA capsule effusion group syn ovial ultrasonographic measurement of thickness and suprapatellar was higher t han the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01)in.2.KOA group serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D levels were significantly lower the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).3.ultrasou nd measurement of knee cartilage thickness sensitivity, synovial thickness and suprapatellar bursa effusion depth on knee osteoarthritis diagnosis were 53.33%,36.67%,56.67%,the specificity was 76.67%,96.67% 73.33%.4.respectively,all subjects underwent ultrasound of knee joint cartilage thickness subjects with normal serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels higher than the thickness of cartil age thinning of the subjects, the Department of statistics have significant differ ence(P < 0.01);subjects in serum 25-synovial thickening hydroxy vitamin D level is lower than the slip There were subjects with the Department of statis tics difference(P < 0.05);the suprapatellar bursa effusion depth and serum lev el of25-hydroxy vitamin D had no significant difference(P > 0.05).5.to 25-hydroxy vitamin D levels less than 17.885 as the critical value, the area under the ROC curve was 0.909,serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D levels diagnosis of osteoarthritis sensitivity and specificity were 90% and 73.33%(P < 0.01).6.ser um 25-hydroxy vitamin D level was positively correlated with the thickness o f cartilage(r=0.340,P < 0.01),and was negatively correlated with synovial thi ckness(r=-0.324,P < 0.05),and had no correlation with the bursa effusion(r=-0.207,P > 0.05).7.after serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels and age, gender, the thickness of articular cartilage, synovial bursa effusion of the multiple reg ression analysis results show that the thickness and suprapatellar, cartilage and synovial thickness were independent factors for serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D le vels(P < 0.01).Conclusion:1.cartilage,synovium and suprapatellar bursa effusion ultrasonogra phy combined with serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels can be used as early c artilage and synovial lesions assist in the diagnosis of KOA measurement of s erum.2.25-hydroxy vitamin D levels and knee joint in a certain correlation.
