Objective:Clinical application of regional citrate anticoagulation?RCA?in the treatment of hemopurification?HP?in Poisoning patients in severe wards. To explore the value of RCA in the treatment of severe poisoning patients with HP.Methods: 60 cases of poisoned patients who were treated with emergency ICU in Qinghai Provincial People's Hospital as the object of study. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number method. The RCA was given anticoagulation in the observation group and the control group was given low molecular weight heparin anticoagulation. Each patient was followed by three HP treatments. To observe the two groups of patients in the HP treatment of bleeding complications and filter coagulation occurred.Recording the Changes of ALT,CREA,CRP,HB,PLT,APTT,Lac,PH,HCO3-,Na+,Ca2+,iCa2+ in patients before and after treatment. Two groups of grouping main effects were compared using repeated measurements of variance analysis,one-way ANOVA was used to compare the data within the group. The treatment time points were compared between groups using t test. Results: There was no significant difference in ALT,CREA,Lac,HB,PLT,Na+,Ca2+,iCa2+ and the occurrence of coagulation in the filter between the two groups?P>0.05?.There were significant differences in APTT,CRP,PH,HCO3-and hemorrhagic complication between the two groups?P <0.05?.Conclusions:1.RCA is used in patients with poisoning HP is safe and effective,In the case of close monitoring,no adverse reactions, worthy of clinical promotion;2.RCA anticoagulant effect is good, and can reduce the incidence of bleeding complications in patients;3.RCA for patients with poisoning HP treatment,RCA may have the effect of reducing the development of inflammatory responses in patients.
