Objective: At present,?-interferon release assay(IGRAs)has a high sensitivity in the diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis. In the early diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis,?-interferon release test can be used as a reference for tuberculosis diagnosis. At the same time ?-interferon release test results combined with clinical manifestations and other auxiliary examination, more conducive to the treatment of tuberculosis,to avoid the treatment is not timely serious complications.Tuberculosis,Results of the comparison with the pathological results, observe the results of ?-interferon release test results and tuberculosis patients after the consistency of the results;in addition to the release of T cells after the release of a large number of ?-interferon content related to the process of T cell activation, such as : Antigen presentation,T cell activation, the body's immune status and other factors,In the ?-interferon release test Mycobacterium tuberculosis specific antigen to stimulate peripheral blood T cells can release a large number of ?-interferon,but in the clinical observation of the occasional reduction in the release of the situation, indicating that the release of a number of factors,The current factors that may be related to the existence may include ethnicity, age, sex, duration of disease, erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein, the number of monocytes, the number of lymphocytes, the presence or absence of treatment, the availability of hormones, the availability of immunosuppressive agents,Whether the autoimmune diseases, etc.,by the above indicators of binary regression analysis of the impact of the results of the factors.Through the above analysis to further clarify the ?-interferon test results in the diagnosis and treatment of spinal tuberculosis reference value. Methods: In this study,65 cases of suspected spinal tuberculosis were collected from Qinghai Provincial People's Hospital from 2014 to 2016.Among them,40 cases were positive for ?-interferon release test and 21 were ?-interferon release test results.Case data such as ethnicity, age, sex, duration of disease, erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein, number of monocytes, number of lymphocytes,?-interferon release test, disease test results, with or without treatment,The use of immunosuppressive agents, with or without autoimmune diseases and other related information. The above data were obtained by 44 cases of surgical results and ?-interferon release test results were compared to observe the results of ?-interferon release test results and tuberculosis patients after the consistency of the results;through the relevant analysis of C-reactive protein,The number of monocytes, the number of lymphocytes and the release of ?-interferon.65 cases were divided into positive group and recommended review group by ?-interferon release test, and the effect of ?-interference was analyzed by logistic binary regression analysis The results of the release test showed negative factors.Results:1.The combined imaging and pathological findings comprehensive diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis;2.patients ?-interferon release test results in patients with the disease have a consistency check(P> 0.05);3.?-interferon release and monocytes(P> 0.05),and the correlation with C-reactive protein(P> 0.05),and there was a positive correlation with the number of lymphocytes(P = 0.000);4.?-interferon release, hormone, lymphocyte count,The four factors of autoimmune diseases are the influencing factors of negative recommendation review in patients with interferon-? release test resultsConclusion: 1.?-interferon release test results and the results were consistent;2.Spinal tuberculosis patients serum interferon-? release and the number of lymphocytes were positively correlated;3.In the actual clinical patients whether the use of hormones,lymphocytes,Gamma-interferon release and autoimmune diseases may affect the results of interferon-?,which in patients with negative clinical review of patients because of its results by the above factors are not difficult to explain, for the clinical guidance of spinal tuberculosis work more rigorous,To avoid missed diagnosis, comprehensive diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis to provide the basis.
