Objective In this study,we investigated the relationship between Hb A1 c level and hemorheology in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Xi Ning area,so as to provide references for the prevention and early diagnosis and treatment of complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 200 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus were enrolled in the Department of Endocrinology,Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital from January 2015 to November 2016,including 151 cases of male patients and 49 cases of female patients. All subjects were in line with the 1999 WHO Diabetes Diagnostic Typing Standard.Exclusion criteria in line with the election 1 month before taking anti-platelet aggregation, anticoagulant drug application history, before taking the history of taking corticosteroids, high altitude polycythemia, blood system diseases, severe liver, renal insufficiency, connective tissue disease, immune System diseases, cancer patients, infectious diseases. The subjects were divided into three groups: A,B and C according to the level of Hb A1 c.31 patients in group A were: Hb A1 c <7% and glycemic control were good.Group B was 71 patients with Hb A1 c and 7%-9% Group C was Hb A1c> 9%,poor blood glucose control.Statistical methods All the data were processed by SPSS21.0 statistical software. The measurement data were in accordance with the mean ± standard deviation(x ±s)of the normal distribution. The single factor analysis of variance was used to compare the multiple meanings. The LSD test The factors influencing whole blood viscosity were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis.Count data using x2 test. The test level is ? = 0.05.Results 1.The results of this study show that compared with the general clinical data of patients with type 2 diabetes in different Hb A1 c groups for age, gender, and BMI,RBC,HCT,Hb,TCH,TG,FIB,ESR level, the three groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);for AIB,TP,FBG,PBG level, there were significant differences compared the three group(P<0.05);2.In patients with type 2 diabetes, blood rheology index of different Hb A1 c group comparison showed that the whole blood low cut, cut, high shear viscosity level increased with elevated levels of Hb A1 c.3.Comparison of patients with type 2 diabetes is different in group Hb A1 c,the plasma viscosity,B group and C group were statistically significant(P<0.05),A group and B group,C group had no statistical difference(P>0.05),namely with the increase of Hb A1 c,plasma viscosity decreased.4.Type 2 diabetes, blood low shear reduction viscosity and whole blood low shear and high shear relative viscosity increased with the increase of Hb A1 c.5.Comparison of blood rheology between male and female patients with type 2 diabetes showed that both of them had significant differences in whole blood low shear viscosity,5(1/s),medium shear viscosity, plasma viscosity and ESR equation K value.6.The factors affecting whole blood low shear viscosity in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus are Hb A1 c and RBC;Influence factors of whole blood viscosity is Hb A1 c,RBC and TP;The factors influencing the low shear reduction viscosity of whole blood are Hb A1 c,HCT and RBC deformation index;High shear reduced viscosity of factors are Hb A1 c,HCT,BUN,RBC deformation index;Factors affecting the relative viscosity of whole blood low shear and high is Hb A1 c,RBC,RBC index of rigidity. Conclusion 1.with the increase of Hb A1 c,the blood rheology in patients with type 2 diabetes study has changed obviously: the whole blood viscosity at low, medium and high shear rate increased with the increase of Hb A1 c,the whole blood relative viscosity and reduction viscosity and plasma viscosity increased;with the Hb A1 c rise decline.2.The whole blood viscosity in patients with type.2 diabetes is mainly affected by Hb A1 c and RBC;and the whole blood viscosity is mainly affected by Hb A1 c,RBC and TP;effect of relative viscosity of whole blood low shear and high Hb A1 c,RBC and RBC were influenced by the rigidity index.Effects of low shear blood viscosity reduction is mainly affected by Hb A1 c,HCT,RBC deformation index;and high shear reduced viscosity in addition by the BUN value.3.Men and women with type 2 diabetes had differences in low blood cut viscosity,5(1/s),medium shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, and erythrocyte sedimentation rate equation K.4.With the rise of Hb A1 c,the physical characteristics of RBC in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus did not change.
