Objective: To study the effects of musk on the tumor body and expression of VEGF,Bcl-2 and Bax in human gastric cancer cell lines in nude mice transplanted tumor.Method:To use subcutaneous injection of human gastric cancer cells(BGC-823)in nude mice to establish the tumor model,and the pathological sections were obtained to verify whether the success of the model or not in the 14 th day,of which,35 nude mice which had been successfully modeled were randomly divided into model control group,fluorouracil group,musk low,medium and high dose group,each group has 7 nude mice,and given the appropriate medication.The average tumor volume of each group were measured and calculated every 5 days.The expression level of each group related indicators were observed after 21 days of treatment.Results:There were different degrees of inhibition of all the transplanted tumors in each medication group(P<0.05).The quality of transplanted tumor in each group was significantly lower than that in model group(P<0.05).The average grayscale expression of VEGF in musk high dose group was significantly lower than that in model group(P <0.05);the average surface density expression of musk high dose group was significantly lower than that of model group(P<0.05).The expression of Bcl-2 was higher in the musk high and middle dose groups than that in model group(P <0.05);There was no significant difference in the average surface density between each medication group and model control group(P>0.05).The expression of Bax average grayscale was significantly higher in the each musk medication group than that in model group(P <0.05).The expression of each musk dosage group in average surface density was significantly higher than that in the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Musk has a certain anti-tumor effect on allografts of gastric cancer in nude mice,which can slow the growth of tumor to some extent;Of which,the mechanism of musk anti-tumor action may be related to the down-regulation of vascular endothelial growth factor and expression activity of Bcl-2 in tumor tissues,up-regulation of Bax expression activity in tumor tissues.
