Detection And Clinical Application Of Sentinel Lymph Node In Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

The positioning of sentinel lymph nodes has become the standard for the treatment of melanoma and breast cancer,and helps to improve the precise staging and targeted treatment,while reducing the morbidity of invasive lymph node dissection.Sentinel lymph nodes have become a hot topic in solid cancer research.Since 1999,many experts have proposed a similar position in the lung cancer model and want to be successful.However,because non-small cell lung cancer has a highly variable lymphatic drainage patterns and "jumping transfer" tendencies and other characteristics,the current sentinel lymph node detection is still imperfect,however,we still continue to find optimization and validation of non-small cell lung cancer The best combination of sentinel lymph node approaches.This paper reviews the study so far to explore the possibility of improving the accuracy of sentinel lymph node biopsy in non-small cell lung cancer.
