| Objective:To explore the clinical application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and contrast-enhanced computed-tomography in the diagnosis of renal tumors. Methods:Collectting 101 patients from The second hospital of HeBei medical university who received operation in this hospital and had a pathological diagnosis from March of 2015 to January of 2017.All the 101 patients in the hospital were performed with CEUS and CECT examination before the operation. The patiens who received CEUS are based on the perfusion and fade and high echo ring to judge the nature of the tumors. The patiens who underwent CECT are judged the nature of tumors by whether it was rapid filling and rapid regression. All the results are compared with the pathological diagnosis. Results:Among the 101 patients who underwent surgical treatment 73 cases were proved to be renal malignant tumors and 28 cases were proved to be benign renal tumors by pathological diagnosis. The CEUS diagnosed 68 of the 73 cases of renal malignant tumors while the CECT diagnosed 66.The CECT diagnosed 23 of the 28 cases of renal benign tumors while the CEUS diagnosed 20.The sensibility of the contrast-enhanced ultrasound is 93.2%while the CECT is 90.4%.the specificity of the CECT is 82.1%while the CEUS is 71.4%.the veracity of CECT is 88.1%while the CEUS is 87.1%.The CEUS has the same diagnosis value compared with CECT by statistical analysis, but a combination of both can have a higher accuracy in renal tumors diagnosis.Conclusion:1 The CEUS has the higher sensibility than the CECT in renal tumor diagnosis。2 The CECT has a higher specificity and veracity compared with the CEUS in renal tumor diagnosis。3 A combination of CEUS and CECT can inprove the diagnosis rates of the renal tumors and then reduce the operation which is not necessary and save the cost of treat renal tumors and relieive the burden of the patiens. |
