Application And Prospects Of Molecular Targeted Therapy For Colorectal Cancer

Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors.With rapid development of molecular biology techniques,individual therapy including molecular targeted therapy takes up the important position in the treatment of colorectal cancer.In recent years,more and more new targeted drugs EGFR,VEGF,c-Met and so on continue to come into clinical trials.Abundant researches are exploring the curative effect of targeted drugs in combination with traditional chemotherapy,immunotherapy,and different targeted drugs constantly,in order to bring the greatest survival benefit for patients by treatment of high efficiency and low toxicity.This article summarizes the new clinical development of molecular targeted therapy for colorectal cancer and discusses the development trend of targeted drugs.
