Objective:Transparent cartilage cell sarcoma(clear cell chondrosarcoma)is a kind of rare type of low level of chondrosarcoma,occurs in the epiphysis end of the long bone,histological characteristics of light colored transparent and transparent cartilage cells.Of this study was to compare the imaging is based on the analysis and synthesis of various inspection methods imaging findings,and compare their advantages and disadvantages,formulate various inspection methods to adapt to the scope and limits.Methods:We select our hospital from August 2013 to October 2013 a total of 32 patients with clear cell chondrosarcoma treated as the research object.20 cases of men and women in 12 cases;Age 6-53,with an average age of 34.8±17.24 years.Retrospective analysis contrast CT,MRI performance,discusses the MRI manifestation of all kinds of signs and imaging examination method for the application of clear cell chondrosarcoma value.Results:32 cases of clear cell chondrosarcoma were collected,the predilection site statistics found that clear cell chondrosarcoma predilection sites have no specificity,usually occurs in long bone,followed by iliac bone,maxilla,irregular bone,no clinical significance for the diagnosis.But the analysis of clear cell chondrosarcoma in the CT and MRI scan image features found in clear cell chondrosarcoma CT scan showed irregular soft tissue mass showed mixed density,diameter of about 3.8-14.7cm range,the CT value has no specificity,showed low or equal or higher than the muscle mass,the edge is not clear,lobulated or multi irregular shape,adjacent endosteal visible Scallop in Shell like impression,internal mass density is uneven,which showed multiple punctate,patchy calcification,the large volume of the stilllarge patchy low density focal necrosis after enhanced scanning lesions showed mild to moderate enhancement,no enhancement of local necrosis,CT the visible line scan early septum showed persistent enhancement,lesions and adjacent soft tissue decomposition is usually clear.The MRI scan showed irregular lesions were long T1 and long T2 signal in the mass,mixed signal,part within the lesion showed a few short T1 blood signal lesion border is still clear,adjacent fat planes around clear,visible bone osteolytic bone destruction;occurs in long bone,bone lining visible Scallop in Shell like impression,also in the soft tissue mass inside to see the long T1 and short T2 signal separation;enhanced scanning visible mass is divided into persistent enhancement,the overall mass showed mild to moderate enhancement or inhomogeneous enhancement.Further analysis of CT and MRI plain scan and enhanced scan in clear cell chondrosarcoma of the signs of the positive rate and preoperative diagnosis rate,CT and MRI scan and scan no significant difference in the mass of hyaline cartilage cell sarcoma of bone destruction,such as enhanced impressio Scallop in Shell type(P>0.05);but CT scan detection of calcification in the lesions of the highest rate,compared with the CT scan,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);but CT scan in strengthening,necrosis of clear cell chondrosarcoma were separated and lesion detection rate were significantly higher than the CT scan,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).But according to the MRI scan of hyaline cartilage cell sarcoma of the indirect signs within the mass separation,enhancement and detection rate of lesion necrosis was higher than that of plain MRI,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).These results suggest that MRI is more favorable for the diagnosis of clear cell chondrosarcoma.Two inspection technology of plain and enhanced scanning diagnosis between with statistical analysis found that the rate of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of chondrosarcoma were enhanced after the coincidence rate is low,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1 Clear cell chondrosarcoma clinical manifestation and the incidence ofnonspecific,no definite guiding significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment;2 Clear cell chondrosarcoma in the CT and MRI scan and enhanced scan images showed relative specificity,combined with early clinical data of patients,can provide early diagnosis for clinical;3 CT and MRI enhanced scan can significantly improve the positive detection rate and imaging diagnosis of clear cell sarcoma of various signs of coincidence,is conducive to the early diagnosis of patients,which can provide reliable imaging information for clinicians.
