early symptoms and screening methods,most patients were diagnosed very late.In 2008,it was estimated that 225 500 women were diagnosed with ovarian cancer and 140 200 women died of this disease in the world.Ovarian serous carcinoma is the most common malignant in the epithelial ovarian tumor.According to dualism theory,ovarian serous carcinoma is divided into two types.TypeⅠovarian cancer is less maglignant and the clinical development is slow.The development process derives from the benign epithelial into the ovarian serous carcinoma.TypeⅡovarian cancer is more maglignant,which derived from the epithelium of fallopian tube.Therefore,it is very important for early diagnosis as well as treatment of ovarian cancer to study the pathogenesis of ovarian serous carcinoma and find a specific index.FBXW7(F-box and WD repeat domain-containing 7),it is also known as FBW7.And it is a member of the F-box protein family.As a tumor suppressor gene,FBXW7 can distinguish the specific substrates and degradate them.In various tumor tissues,the total mutation rate of FBXW7 is low.In cervical cancer tissues,FBXW7’s expression is lower than which is in normal cervical tissues.And in the endometrical carcinoma,it is found that there is a low mutation rate.However,it is less for the study of FBXW7 in ovarian cancer.ENO1 is the key enzyme of glycolysis pathway and multifunctional protein.And it promotes transformation and appreciation of the multiple digestive system tumors,and also promotes metastasis of endometrial cancer.However,it is unclear for the function of ENO1 in ovarian cancer.Objective: Study the expression of FBXW7 and EN01 in different levels of serous ovarian adenocarcinoma,normal ovarian tissue and normal fallopian tubes,and the role of the two items in the development of ovarian serous adenocarcinoma.Analyze the recovering relations between the presentation of the two items as well as the stages and grades of pathology of ovarian cancer.And,also analyze the interrelationship of the two items.Research methods: Collect 60 cases of ovarian serous adenocarcinoma specimens of Obestetrics and Gynecology from Fengfeng Group General Hospital of Hebei Province from January 2006 to May 2011.All the cases which contain 40 cases of low level and 20 cases of high level adenocarcinoma.All of the cases were verified by pathology.And 15 normal tubal tissues as well as 15 cases of normal ovarian tissues were selected as control.Immunohistochemistry method was applied to observe the expression of FBXW7 as well as ENO1 in ovarian serous adenocarcinoma.18 case of high grade adenocarcinoma and 37 case of low grade adenocarcinoma were followed up.The survial rates of 3 and 5 years were compared in different grades of ovarian serous adenocarcinoma.Cox multivariate analyse was used to screen the prognostic factors and confirm independent prognostic factors of ovarian serous cancer.Using statistical analysis to analyze the expression of FBXW7 and EN01 protein and its relationship with pathological grade,pathological stage,postoperative chemotherapy and prognosis were analyzed.SPSS13.0 statistical software was used to experimental results,and X2 test was used to analyzed count data,and spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation among the indexes.The results to P<0.05 was statistically significant.Result: 1 The FBXW7’s and ENO1’s expression in high grade ovarian adenocarcinoma 1.1 The FBXW7’s expressionThe positive expression rates of FBXW7 in advanced adenocarcinoma and normal fallopian tube were 25.0% and 60.0%.Statistical results showed that the two groups were significant difference.(P<0.05).1.2 The ENO1’s expressionThe positive expression rates of ENO1 in advanced adenocarcinoma and normal fallopian tube were75.0% and 26.7%.The comparison between the two was significant difference(P<0.05).2 The expression of FBXW7 and EN01 in low level adenocarcinoma of ovary 2.1 The FBXW7’s expressionThe positive expression rates of FBXW7 in ovarian low level serous adenocarcinoma and normal ovarian tissues were 22.5% and 66.7%.There was obvious difference between the two groups(P<0.05).2.2 The ENO1’s expressionThe positive expression rates of ENO1 in ovarian low grade serous adenocarcinoma and normal ovarian tissues were 67.5% and 33.3%.The two groups were significant difference(P<0.05).3 The expression of FBXW7 and ENO1 protein at various grades of ovary adenocarcinomaThe positive expression rates of FBXW7 protein in low grade adenocarcinoma was 22.5% and the positive expression rates of FBXW7 was 25.0% in high-grade adenocarcinoma.No obvious difference between the two groups.In the group of the expression rates of the strong positive,ENO1 protain in low level as well as high level were 67.5% and 75.0%.The statistics showed that they had no obvious differences.(P>0.05).4 The expression and prognositic significance of FBXW7 and ENO1 protein in high and low grades serous adenocarcinoma18 cases of the advanced ovarian adenocarcinomas were followed up according to the result of IHC,and the low expression group of FBXW7 and high expression group of FBXW7 protein compared to the 3 year survival rate(60.0% vs 15.4%)(P<0.05)as well as 5 year survival rate(20.0% vs 7.7%),had no significant difference(P>0.05).37 cases of the low level ovarian adenocarcinomas were followed up,and the low expression group of FBXW7 and high expression group of FBXW7 protein compared to the 3 year survival rate(77.8% vs 60.7%)was no significant difference as well as 5 year survival rate(44.4% vs 32.1%)was no statistical significance(P>0.05).In the advanced ovarian adenocarcinoma group,the strong positive group of ENO1 protein and weakly positive group of ENO1 protein were compared to the 3 year survival rate(15.4%vs 80.0%)had significant difference(P< 0.05),as well as 5 year survival rate(0.00% vs 40.0%)had significant difference(P<0.05).In ovarian tumors of low-grade adenocarcinoma group,the strong positive group of ENO1 protein and weakly positive group of ENO1 protein were compared to the 3 year survival rate(59.3% vs 100.0%)and statistical analysis was significant difference,and 5 year survival rate(7.4% vs 50.0%)was significant difference(P<0.05).5 Correlation analysis of FBXW7 and ENO1 in different grades ovarian serous adenocarcinomaThere was a significant correlation between FBXW7 low expression as well as high expression of ENO1(P<0.05)in advanced ovarian serous adenocarcinoma,but in lower ovarian serous adenocarcinoma,there was no significant correlation(P>0.05).6 Prognostic factors of ovarian different grades serous adenocarcinoma by Cox multivariate survival analysisThe patients with surgical pathology stage,cell differentiation,tumor size and postoperative chemotherapy,the strong positive expression of ENO1,and negative or weak positive expression of FBXW7 were incorporated into the COX proportional hazard regression model analysis to further determine the independent prognostic factors of ovarian serous adenocarcinoma.The outcomes show that the regression model of COX proportional hazards was:the ENO1’s high expression,postoperative chemotherapy as well as surgical pathological stage in high level ovarian serous adenocarcinoma,therefore these outcomes showed that the advanced ovarian serous adenocarcinoma had been affected by the three main factors(P=0.030,P=0.012,P=0.047).The high expression of ENO1 and pathological surgical stage were entered into COX proportional hazards regression model(P=0.007,P=0.016)in the ovarian serous carcinoma of low-grade,therefore,these outcomes showed that the high expression of ENO1 as well as pathological surgical stage were the main factors for the ovarian serous adenocarcinoma in the low-level.Conclusion:1 In ovarian serous carcinomas,FBXW7 was low expression,however ENO1 was high expression,which revealed that the two factors in the process of ovarian serous carcinoma,and they were negative correlation.2 Obvious correlation reveals between the expression of FBXW7 and ENO1 in the ovary advanced serous carcinomas.3 In the ovary high-level serous carcinomas,the prognosic factors for the ovarian patients are the FBXW7’s low and the ENO1’s high expression,however the ENO1’s high expression was the independent
