Objective: To investigate the expression of Trim28 and PRR11 in colorectal carcinoma and to evaluate the expression and significance of Trim28 and PRR11 in the clinical diagnosis of colon cancer,and to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods: The study included 97 patients with colon cancer as the main study,the case included in the period from September 2015 to October 2016.97 cases of colon cancer patients with tumor tissue,and 34 cases of colon cancer patients from the edge of the tumor more than 6cm normal tissue as the main research content.The expression of Trim28 and PRR11 in the two tissues were detected by immunohistochemical method.The relationship between Trim28 and PRR11 and clinicopathological parameters of colorectal cancer was analyzed.Results:(1)The positive expression rate of Trim28 and PRR11 in colorectal cancer tissues was 94.85%,the positive rate of PRR11 was 91.75%,the positive expression rate of Trim28 in normal tissues was 26.47%,and the positive rate of PRR11 in normal tissues The expression rate was 38.24%.Through statistical analysis,found that the two indicators of pathological and normal tissue contrast difference was significant,P <0.05,there was statistical significance.(P <0.05).The expression of PRR11 and the TNM staging of colorectal cancer were significantly correlated with the tumor size,TNM staging and tumor differentiation of colorectal cancer(P <0.05).Conclusion:(P <0.05).The expression of Trim28 and PRR11 in colorectal cancer tissues was not significantly correlated with the sex and age of the patients(P> 0.05).(3)The effect of Trim28 and PRR11 on the proliferation of colon cancer cells: The cell proliferation OD of colon cancer tissues was significantly lower than that of normal tissues(P <0.05).(4)The effect of Trim28 and PRR11 on the migration of colon cancer cells: The migration distance of colon cancer cells was significantly lower than that of normal tissues,and the difference was significant between the two groups.Conclusion: The high expression of Trim28 and PRR11 in colorectal cancer was significantly correlated with the occurrence of colon cancer and the development of malignant tumor,which could provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and disease progression.Reducing the high expression of Trim28 and PRR11 in colorectal cancer can inhibit the proliferation and migration of colon cancer cells is the target of colon cancer treatment,and it is also one of the main indicators for prognosis of colon cancer patients.
