Analysis Of Related Factors Of Cesarean Scar Pregnancy

Objective:To explore the risk factors of CSP?cesarean scar pregnancy?and provide theoretical basis for prevention and treatment of CSP.Methods: 90 patients with diagnosed as the study group CSP in Zunyi medical university affiliated hospital were collected from October 2011 to October 2016,The same period,90 cases were diagnosed as scar uterus and early pregnancy as the control group.The factors associated with CSP were collected in the study group and the control group,Clinical data?A total of 14?.Univariate logistic regression analysis was used to screen out statistically significant variables?P <0.05?,Then Multivariate non conditional logistic regression analysis,the statistically significant variables?P <0.05?were included in the regression model,to figure out the regression coefficient of dependent variable,odds ratio,95%confidence interval,logistic regression prediction model was established,formula for predicting the probability p value of CSP is derived.Results:1 single factor analysis showed thatage,pregnancy from the previous cesarean section time,induced abortion history,placenta adhesion history,frequency of cesarean section,the history of intrauterine device,pelvic inflammatory disease and education in the two groups were statistically significant differences?P<0.05?,Multivariate analysis showed that the induced abortion history,the history of placental adhesion,age and endometritis?P < 0.05?may be a high risk factor for CSP,OR of the above factors are>1,The regression coefficients were as follows.1.532,1.292,1.179 and 0.9533.The formula forpredicting the occurrence probability of CSP is derived :P=1/[1+exp(2.005-1.179X1-1.532X₄-1.292X₅-0.953X₁₀)]The sensitivity and specificity were 73.33% and 74.44%.Conclusion:1 there are four possible factors associated with the occurrence of CSP,The influencing factors were from large to small: induced abortion history,history of placenta adhesion,age,endometritis.2 the formula for predicting the occurrence probability of CSP is derived: P= 1/[1+exp(2.005-1.179X1-1.532X₄-1.292X₅-0.953X₁₀)].3 draw the ROC curve,the prediction model AUC=0.826,Moderate forecast effect.
