Ventricular repolarization refers to the process of ventricular muscle metabolism through the myocardium to restore to the depolarization state,in the ECG,generally refers to the end of the QRS wave to the end of the T wave(ST interval).Clinical studies have shown that ventricular repolarization variability(VRV)and heart rate disorders and the occurrence of sudden cardiac death are directly related.The pretreatment method and time-frequency analysis method were used to analyze the experimental samples.Firstly,the data of all the experimental samples are read,and the first-order time moments are obtained by filtering the ECG sample data,the feature point location,the characteristic band extraction and the short-time Fourier transform(STFT)Time-frequency analysis of all samples.In the instantaneous mean frequency of 10 cases of healthy people,9 patients with sudden cardiac death,14 patients with heart rate disorders(9 cases of heart rate disorders did not develop sudden death and 5 cases of sudden onset of heart failure patients)for time-frequency analysis,found The instantaneous frequencies of LF,MF and HF in the healthy samples were 0.034597,0.109589 and 0.297855,respectively.The instantaneous frequencies of LF,MF and HF were 0.039486,0.109817 and 0.299485,respectively.The heart rate was not developed into sudden death.The instantaneous frequencies of LF,MF and HF were 0.037875,0.110445 and 0.287036,respectively.The instantaneous frequencies of LF,MF and HF were 0.036231,0.110029 and 0.284252,respectively.Through the statistical analysis of the above data,it was found that the instantaneous frequency LF,MF and HF were increasing from the healthy sample group to the sudden cardiac death group and the healthy group,and the heart rate disorder did not develop into the sudden death group(p<0.05).In the HF partial healthy subjects group and patients with arrhythmia who did not develop into the sudden death group,the patients in the healthy part of the healthy group were significantly different(p<0.05).There were also significant differences(p<0.05),both of which were statistically significant.The time-frequency analysis(STFT)of ventricular repolarization variability can be used to identify patients with sudden death in patients with sudden cardiac death and healthy people with arrhythmia through different frequency bands,which can help to study the time-The application of heart disease.Finally,the design of a wear-type monitoring and early warning system program,the early warning system program features include signal acquisition,signal filtering,signal real-time waveform positioning detection,and then based on the extracted ECG ST interval sequence,the ST interval sequence Time-frequency analysis to identify whether healthy people have a tendency to develop a malignant heart disease.
