Transcranial alternating current stimulation(tACS)is a non-invasive neuromodulation technique using trivial electrical currents passing the brain.Studies have shown that tACS can selectively influence movement, vision, hearing, perception and other higher cognitive function, such as memory, learning. And also it can relieve pain, insomnia, anxiety and other disorders. It has become a new neuroscience method and non-invasive treatment method for neuropsychiatric diseases. The mechanics of tACS on brain functions has been studied by animal in vivo and in vitro experiments and neural network modeling and simulation study.Spontaneous electrical activity regulation and the plasticity of neurons are thought to be the potential mechanism.Brain functional complex network theory has gained many achievements in brain research area, such as revealing brain district information transmission and neuron interaction. It provides new research ideas for tACS neural regulation role mechanism research. This paper researches the pattern of brain functional network connection variance and topology property before and after tACS with IAF rhythm stimulating the brain primary movement cortex district using complex network method, and explores effect in neural network level and neural regulation mechanism of tACS.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.study of the EEG artifact processing: effective extraction artifacts in EEG such as eye movement,my electricity and environmental interference using ICA blind source separation algorithm.2.analysis of primary motor cortex brain network global properties during tACS:based on analyzing the variance of brain network local propertied before and after tACS,it had shown that tACS could reduce the network average path length and improve the average cluster coefficient to reach the edge significance compared with the control group;3.research on the influence of tACS on the primary motor cortex brain functions:based on the study on the local property changes of brain networks before and after tACS,it had shown that the degree centrality grew significantly after stimulation in many areas, especially in electrode placement areas;and the closeness centrality varied in experiment and control group. This research is expected to provide new means for eval?Ating the tACS neural regulation effect. In neuropsychiatric disorders, such as Alzheimer's syndrome and schizophrenia, the brain network connection characteristics and network features are significantly different from normal subjects.Besides from clinical performanceassessment, researches on the influence of tACS on brain network function offered eval?Ating the treatment effect of t ACS on these diseases based on the relative brain network indicators.Further,it enriches the t ACS neuromodulation mechanism and shows potentials in providing references for rational application of tACS in clinical.
