A Clinical Analyze On The Application Of Apnea Graph About Uvulopalatopharyngoplast Patients

Objective: Analyze the monitoring results of Apnea Graph on obstructive sleep apnea hypopne syndrome of which the Occlusion plane is palatal pharynx before and after patients UPPP surgery.Evaluate surgical curative effect,and meanwhile provide an objective basis for the application of the measurement of upper airway pressure technology.Combined with the traditional morphological examination,AG can accurately position the block parts,also can be more reasonable for patients with personalized surgical plan.Method: Proceed the sober period nasopharyngeal endoscopy and upper airway tissue CT examination of OSAHS,and Apnea Graph and Polysomnography are over the corresponding period.Choose patients that ready to UPPP surgery,then investigate the score of SAQLI,epworth sleepiness scale(ESS)score,electronic snore score of them.Then the same detection such as PSG?AG ?SAQLI,BMI?ESS and electronic snore score were applied to compare two groups of data and statistical analysis 6 months and 12 months later to contrast analysis of the observation in patients with esophageal pressure change and the related indicators,and synchronization of the patient's subjective and objective curative effect.Results: Review the AG and PSG 6 months and 12 months later to UPPP,we can find that many indicators have improved compared with preoperative indicators analysis,such as after surgery AHI(62.51 ±11.80)/h drop(40.64±9.51)/h and(39.94±9.38)/h,Sa O2% rising from 79.0±9.22 to82.0±5.27 and 84.0 ±5.69,SAQLI rising from 3.39±0.89 to 3.81±0.32 and 3.97±0.68,ESS decreased from 8.71±5.59 to5.12 ±3.74 and 4.98 ±3.69,snore score decreased from 7.19±2.91 to 3.56±2.26 and3.26±2.12 and also improvements in upper airway,the relevant measurements were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion: It is known all the indexs have been improved to varying degrees,Comprehensivly analyzing of the indicators of the study of 112 patients before and after surgery AG and PSG,and shows AG is applicable to clinical work.It can clear the nature and degree of pathological changes cooperate with PSG and combined with related morphological examination can accurately locate patients with obstructive sites provide valuable information and treatment plan,improve the effect of surgery,and to improve the quality of life of patients with OSAHS,effect of prediction is of great significance...
