Molecular imprinting technology is one of the specific molecular recognition performance of technology,was applied to study chromatogram separation,solid phase extraction,chemical and biological sensors,asymmetric catalysis and catalytic enzyme simulation,etc.Because of the molecularly imprinted polymer of chiral separation can get good separation effect,chiral resolution of molecular imprinting technique is more and more attention.In this study,we use ontology polymerization,precipitation polymerization,respectively,the preparation of molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPS),S-ibuprofen and loading it into a high performance liquid chromatographic column.With acetonitrile as mobile phase,foreign racemic ibuprofen,molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPS)identification of resolution ability evaluation;At the same time through the separation of ibuprofen analogues,prove the S-specific recognition performance of ibuprofen molecularly imprinted polymer;To study the influences of flow relative separation results,such as acetonitrile content,flow rate and so on Proved through the experiment in precipitation polymerization,using divinyl benzene(DVB)as crosslinking agent,the product distribution is uniform,the preparation of molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres can be used as a stationary phase high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)column,can tear open especially racemic ibuprofen.And preparation of the PVDF as the matrix of the chiral separation of polymer membrane chromatography and filling amount of impact on the physical properties of film forming materials was investigated.The results showed that the polymer filling amount was 30% of the preparation of molecularly imprinted membrane chromatography water flux,the contact Angle and mechanical properties of ideal.The chiral resolution infiltration experiments also confirm under the condition of the preparation of membrane chromatography interception of target molecules has good separation ability.Using membrane chromatography and was prepared by the combination of molecular imprinting technique S-ibuprofen molecularly imprinted membrane chromatography,and the filling quantity of polymer has been optimized,and tested the external chiral resolution of racemic ibuprofen and results show that the preparation of molecularly imprinted membrane chromatographic separation of template molecules has good ability to recognize.
