Objective: To investigate the distribution of high-order aberrations in the eyes,anterior surface of the cornea and intraocular in the myopia and myopic astigmatism in the dark and bright conditions.Further study to analysis SMILE in correction of myopia and myopic astigmatism postoperative high-order aberrations of the cornea Compensation Mechanism of Higher Order Abnormality and Its Change.Methods: Retrospective case-control study.(70 eyes)were randomly selected from the patients with myopia and myopic astigmatism.The visual acuity(KR-1W)was used to measure the aberration.Under the condition of darkness and lightness,the two samples were analyzed by paired t test.Thirty patients(30 eyes)with myopia and myopic astigmatism were randomly selected.The patients were treated with KR-1W before operation,1 day after operation,1 week after operation,1 month after operation,The high-order aberration of the cornea and the high-order aberrations in the eyes were analyzed by two-pair paired t-test at different time points.Result:1.There are differences for aberrations between dark and light environment.2.There are differences above ocular,cornea,internal ocular for aberrations in both dark and light environment.3.Dark environment 6mm pupil diameter,the total higher order HOAs intraocular aberration on the corneal aberration mainly for partial compensation;Z31 The intraocular aberration is mainly compensatory to the cornea;Z3-1,Z33,Z3-3 intraocular aberration Similar to the superposition;Z40 intraocular aberration on the corneal aberration mainly for partial compensation.4.For the high-order aberrations of the ocular and cornea,SMILE 1 day after surgery,1 week,compared with preoperative,postoperative Z3-1 a statistical difference,the remaining time points No significant statistical difference.5.There were no significant differences in compensation factors between HOAs,Z31,Z40,SMILE preoperatively,postoperative day 1,week 1 and month.6.The Z3-1,SMILE preoperative compensation effect is greater than the superposition of the effect,1 day,1 week to 1 month superposition effect is greater than the compensation effect,but the gap gradually decreased,after 1 month superposition The compensation effect is equal.7.On Z33,SMILE preoperative,postoperative 1 day,1 week superimposed and compensatory effect was basically equal,but to 1 month effect is greater than the role of compensation.8.The Z3-3,SMILE preoperative to the postoperative compensation effect in1 month is greater than the superposition.Conclusion:1.There are differences for aberrations in dark and light environment.2.There are differenes above ocular,corneal and internal aberrations.3.For the myopic and myopic astigmatism,different high-order aberration component,the total higher order aberration and spherical aberration Z40,mainly for the compensation effect;and for coma there are differences in the population,coma is mainly compensatory effect,part of the superposition of the role of clover superimposed and compensatory role is basically equal.4.The early coma aberration of the anterior surface of the cornea and the anterior surface of the cornea were significantly smaller than those in the postoperative area.5.There was no significant change in the anteroposterior surface aberration(HOAs),horizontal coma and spherical aberration in the intraocular lens.6.In SMILE,Z31,Z33 CF are consistent: preoperative,postoperative 1 day,1 week after little change,postoperative The proportion of Z31 and Z33 CF was consistent: the ratio of 1 day after operation and 1 week postoperatively was higher than preoperative,postoperative ratio in 1month got close to preoperative.Indicating that SMILE change in the whole eye aberration also have intraocular aberrations to participate in change,and in the continuous compensation.
