Objective: The purpose of this study is to compare the characteristics and differences of soft tissue in class ?,class ? class ?,class ? class ?,and class ? different vertical bone surface types, and to establish the characteristic parameters of soft tissue morphological features of different vertical odontoid circumference. To analyze the difference of soft tissue morphology between different sex and different vertical facial areas,to evaluate the effect of gender and vertical bone surface on the soft tissue morphological features of the oral cavity, and to analyze the relationship between the soft tissue morphology and the craniomaxillofacial morphology,The basis of the correlation between the measured indexes of the soft tissue morphology,So as to provide an important reference for orthodontic and aesthetic repair clinical development of reasonable and feasible program plan for orthodontic clinical diagnosis, aesthetic repair treatment to provide some reference. Methods: A total of 180 patients with orthodontics from Jiamusi university,A total of 180 patients with orthodontics from the Fourth Military Medical University were selected as the subjects.Class ? classification, class ? classification of different vertical bone type adult(male and female half)of the skull positioning lateral radiographs were measured and compared, compared with the soft tissue of the mouth. The statistical results were analyzed by statistical software. The t-test was used to analyze the difference of soft tissue morphology between different sexes in each kind of vertical bone surface samples. The single-factor analysis of variance was used to analyze the relationship between the soft tissue The correlation between the soft tissue morphology of the oral cavity and the correlation between the different vertical bone surface types and the measurement of the soft tissue morphology of the oral cavity was further studied by correlation analysis. Results: Class ? withvarious vertical patterns: There were significant differences in the thickness of the lower lip,the length of the lower lip,the length of the lower lip and the horizontal thickness of the chin. The lower lip group-H line low angle group was significantly smaller than the high angle group(0.4±1.2mm,2.8±1.6mm)P<0.05,While the lower lip length of the low angle group was also significantly smaller than the high angle group(15.2±1.7mm,19.3±2.3mm)P<0.05,The horizontal thickness of the chin was higher than that of the high angle group(14.1±2.3mm,11.8±2.3mm)P<0.05?Most of the gender comparisons between the survey items showed that men were greater than women,?n addition to high angle outside,Especially the horizontal thickness of the chin, low angle(14.6±2.3mm,11.1±1.2mm)P<0.05,normal angle(14.5±3.1mm,11.8±2.6mm)P<0.05 ?
