At present,the study of sleep health is attracting more and more attention.The real-time monitoring and discrimination of sleep state is very important for the accurate assessment of human sleep quality.Now most of the sleep staging studies are using EEG signals,the technology can be said to be very mature,but its measurement means complex,high cost,and is not conducive to daily monitoring,so the study of non-EEG and sleep staging relationship is also very significant.This paper first describes the status quo of the study of sleep staging at home and abroad,as well as the application of non-EEG signals in sleep state analysis.Secondly,we take the intercellular phase RRI,pulse interval PPI as the characteristic parameters of sleep staging.We apply the algorithm of DFA and the de-trend cross correlation analysis algorithm DCCA to get its scale index to study the sleep state staging.Here are a few innovative places in this article:(1)Firstly,the scale index of DFA(RRI),DFA(PPI),DCCA(RRI-PPI)were found that WAKE> REM> LS >DS,and both are greater than 0.5,indicating that there is a long-range correlation between RRI and pulsed PPI.And with varying degrees of sleep,this reflects to a certain extent Changes of Cardiovascular Regulatory Mechanism during Sleep.(2)The characteristic parameters of the electrocardiogram RRI and the pulse interphase PPI were obtained from the heart and pulse data of the healthy people all night,and the data were divided into 20 data points with the window width of 200 data points.DFA(RRI),DFA(PPI),DCCA(RRI-PPI)scale index and the sleep state staging of AASM artificial staging were used to verify the relationship between DFA and DCCA.High degree of synchronization and the same change in the law,that is,by PPG analysis instead of ECG for sleep staging is feasible;the same time we also found that the three parameters in different sleep division of the distinction between the advantages.(3)Develop and design a set of miniaturization based on the smart phone and cloud platform,sleep monitoring system.DFA(RRI),DFA(PPI)and DCCA(RRI-PPI)scale index chart are obtained by analyzing the ECG signal and the pulse signal.We can transfer data to the cloud platform system for management,for storage,playback and further analysis.
