Object:Mantle cell lymphoma is a type of B cell lymphoma which is more aggressive than others.And its treatment response is poor,the mortality is high.And their incidence rate has improved in recent years?The aim of this article is to discuss the the expression and clinical significance of SOX11?tp53?iNOS?STAT3 in mantle cell lymphoma,in order to make a further study of the pathogenesis of MCL.Materials and Methods:Collecting 16 cases of mantle cell lymphoma from Department of Pathology of our hospital from 2008 to 2016.Two of this cases were females,the others were males?The average age was 60.06 years old?In addition,20 cases of reactive lymphoid hyperplasia were collected to be control group.All the cases of mantle cell lymphoma were classified and diagnosed by new standard of WHO proposed in 2008.Afterwards,the technology of immunochemistry was applied to test the expression of SOX11?tp53?iNOS?STAT3 in mantle cell lymphoma and reactive lymphoid hyperplasia.Finally,we used the software of SPSS20.0 to analyse the experimental data.Results:(1)The expression rates of SOX11?tp53?i NOS among the 16 cases of mantle cell lymphoma were 56.25%(9/16)?31.25%(5/16)?43.75%(7/16).The rates were markedly higher than reactive lymphoid hyperplasia(10%?0?10%),and the difference was statistically significant((P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.05).The expression rates of STAT3 in the mantle cell lymphoma was 31.25%(5/16),compared to 5%(1/20)in reactive lymphoid hyperplasia,the difference was non-statistically significant(p>0.05).(2)Among the 16 cases of mantle cell lymphoma,the expression of tp53 was positive correlated with STAT3;the expression of tp53 was positivecorrelated with SOX11;the expression of i NOS was positive correlated with pSTAT3;the expression of SOX11 was positive correlated with STAT3;the expression of i NOS was positive correlated with SOX11(p<0.05);the expression of tp53 was positive with iNOS(p<0.05)?(3)Among the 16 cases of mantle cell lymphoma,the expression of SOX11?tp53?iNOS and STAT3 was undifferentiated with patient's age(age<60?age?60)?sex.(4)The expression of SOX11 was positive correlated with MIPI(p<0.05);The expression of tp53 was positive correlated with MIPI(p<0.05);The expression of STAT3 was positive correlated with MIPI(p<0.05);The expression of iNOS was uncorrelated with MIPI(p>0.05).Conclusions:(1)The expression of SOX11?tp53 and iNOS was obviously higher in the mantle cell lymphoma than in the reactive lymphoid hyperplasia;whereas the expression of STAT3 was no significance between mantle cell lymphoma and reactive lymphoid hyperplasia;(2)There was a positive correlation between tp53 and STAT3,tp53 and SOX11,iNOS and STAT3,SOX11 and STAT3,iNOS and SOX11,tp53 and iNOS.(3)In mantle cell lymphoma,the expression of SOX11?tp53?iNOS and STAT3 was undifferentiated with patients' age(age<60?age?60)?sex.(4)The expression of SOX11?tp53?STAT3 was positive correlated with MIPI,indicating that the expression of SOX11?tp53?STAT3 may be corrected with MCL patients' prognosis,which needed a further study;The expression of iNOS was uncorrelated with MIPI,that may because of the small sample ofthe experiment,,which needed a further study.
