Nowadays,breast cancer is one of the major public health problems of the society,it is the most common cancer of female cancer patients.Although the incidence of breast cancer our country is not high,it is one of the countries with the fastest growth rate of breast cancer incidence.Breast CT as the main means of screening for breast cancer,its accuracy is essential because the early detection and early treatment of breast cancer can greatly reduce mortality.Based on the research of CNT x-ray source based stationary digital breast,the main contents of the thesis are divided into two parts: Design and development of a platform to control,monitor and measure the performance of CNT x-ray source based stationary digital breast;research on X-ray CT reconstruction algorithm.Specific research work includes:1.Design and Development of Control System for Static Mammary CT System.Used to control the CT system of the gate,anode high voltage power supply,vacuum gauge and detection of carbon nanotubes stability and field emission performance.In this research and development,we use MFC,multi-threaded technologies to ensure the user experience and robustness of the platform.The research and development have a certain application significance.2.The MLEM and OSEM algorithms applied to the imaging of PET are successfully applied to the projection CT data of mice.The convergence rate and reconstruction results of the two algorithms are compared.It is found that the two algorithms are more suitable for global reconstruction rather than local reconstruction Theresearch and application of these two algorithms have a certain reference value for the study of breast CT system.There are still something worthy of further study in this essay:1.Although the iterative reconstruction algorithm has high image quality and obvious noise suppression.And the OSEM algorithm is accelerated on the basis of MLEM algorithm,the convergence speed is still slow compare to the practical application.The faster and more efficient iterative reconstruction algorithm is worthy of further study.2.MLEM and OSEM are not suitable for local reconstruction,but local reconstruction have less data,faster convergence.Reconstruction of interestregion is one of the ways to speed up the iterative reconstruction algorithm and worth in-depth study.
