Objective:To investigate the status of surgical site infection rate and the risk factors for femoral neck through the targeted monitoring.Take the intervention measures and improve the compliance to reduce the infection rate of surgical site infection. Methods:Prospective method was used for 493 femoral neck surgical patients from January1 st,2015 to December 31 th 2016.“Surveillance of surgical site infection” “Monitoring of compliance of surgical site infection control measures” were filled out by members of the research group.Including the general information of patients, the status of surgical, the status of surgical site infection. The general data with descriptive indicators such as rate, percentage. To explore the incidences of surgical site infection and the risk factors of femoral neck surgical patients. The measured data are in accordance with the normal distribution, and the mean±standard deviation, categorical data expressed by rate.Analysis was performed by using SPSS17.0 software.Results:1.A total of 493 cases of femoral neck surgical patients investigated from 2015 to2016,44.83% were female and 55.17% were female;patients enrolled in a minimum age of 13 years old,the maximum age is 97 years old,the average age(66.27±15.23)years.Control group surgical site infection occurred in 7 cases, the infection rate was1.42%.mainly in the superficial incision and accounted for 5 cases with a surgical siteinfection rate of 71.43%,then followed by 2cases with an surgical site infection rate of28.57%.2.Replaced the name of surgeon by numbers to calculate the surgeon-specific infection rate, the incidence rates of infections with various risk indexes, the average risk indexes for each surgeon and the infection rates adjustment. The infection rate of the top three before adjustment for code 9(3.70%),code 5(2.70%),code 3(1.64%),he infection rate of the three after adjustment for code 5(1.78%),code 2(1.65%)code 3(1.58%).3.A total of 493 cases of femoral neck surgical patients,9 strains were detected. All Gram-negative and the top one was acinetobacter baumanii accounted for 3 strains, there was no fungus and virus infection.Infectious pathogens are conditional pathogenic bacteria. Conclusion:The surgical site are associated with the preoperative length of stay, postoperative hospital stay, the types of incision,ASA,operation duration,National Nosocomial Infection Surveillance(NNIS)and antimicrobial agents in perioperative period. It is necessary to take effective measures aiming at the risk factors and the incidence of SSI can be reduced effectively.
