Objective:To determine the value and effcet of Th17/CD4~+ T cells and Treg/CD4~+ T cells in the peripheral blood of patients with asthma in acute exacerbation before and after the injection of shenmai intervention. Methods:The study select 25 healthy people as the control group,25 people with acute exacerbation of asthma and 25 people with non-acute exacerbation of asthma. These people were devided into 1640 intervention and the injection of shenmai intervention.Collecting fasting vein blood to determine the ratio of Th17/CD4~+ T cells,Treg/CD4~+ T cells and the level of IL-10 by flow cytometry.Results:(1)The level of CD4~+ Th17/CD4~+ T cells and Th17/CD4~+ Treg cells:the acute exacerbation group(3.05 ± 1.27,1.49 ± 1.78)was higher than the remission group(2.38 ± 0.93,0.61 ± 0.24)and the control group(1.19 ± 0.39,0.30 ± 1.14),and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05),the remission group was higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).The level of CD4~+Treg/CD4~+ T cells:the the control group(5.20 ± 3.26)was higher than the remission group(3.99 ± 0.90)and the acute exacerbation group(2.76 ± 0.93),and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05),the remission group was higher than the acute exacerbation group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).The level of IL-10:the the control group(5.28 ± 1.31)was higher than the remission group(4.46 ± 0.83)and the acute exacerbation group(3.90 ± 0.64),and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05),the remission group was higher than the acute exacerbation group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).(2)The level of CD4~+ Th17/CD4~+ T cells and Th17/CD4~+Treg cells:the pre-treatment was higher than the treated one,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).The level of CD4~+ Treg/CD4~+ T cells:the treated one was higher than the pre-treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).The level of IL-10: the treated one was higher than the pre-treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The injection of shenmai can adjust this imbalance of Th17/CD4~+ Treg cells that exist in the patients with asthma.
