Objectives:To studied the changes in the characteristics of incipient peripheral blood T cell subsets(CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+)in children with GD.To explored the correlation between the levels of incipient peripheral blood T cell subsets and thyroid function.Methods:30 patients with incipient GD in Shanxi Children 's Hospital from 2015.3-2016.12 were enrolled and 30 healthy subjects were selected as control group.FCM was used to detecting serum levels of T cell subsets(CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+).FT3,FT4,TSH,TRAb,TPOAb also were detected and compared among the two groups. The correlation analysis was carried on the T cell subgroups and the levels of FT3,FT4,TSH in patients with incipient GD.Results:1.Compared with control group, the levels of FT3(17.94± 7.44 pmol/L),FT4(79.60± 34.93 pmol/L),TRAb(6.94± 2.84 U/L),TPOAb(265.93±274.37IU/ml)were significantly higher in group GD(t=8.72,t=10.27,t=6.72,t=5.22,P all<0.05);However,the levels of TSH(0.015±0.027mIU/L)was significantly lower in group GD(t=14.93,P<0.05).2.Compared with control group, the levels of CD4+ T cell subsets(39.50±11.17%),CD4+/CD8+ T cell subsets(2.25±0.93%)were significantly higher in group GD(t=3.223,t=3.601;Pall<0.05).CD8+ T cell subsets(19.33±5.74%)significantly lower(t=2.403,P<0.05).3.There was no obvious correlation between CD4+T cell subsets and the level of FT3,FT4 and TSH in peripheral blood serum of GD children(r=0.321,r=0.350,r=0.014,P all >0.05);There also was no obvious correlation between CD8+T cell subsets and the level of FT3,FT4 and TSH(r=-0.315,r=-0.330,r=-0.156,P all >0.05).The change of CD4+/CD8+ T cell subsets was positively related to the level of FT3,FT4(r=0.434,r=0.501,P all < 0.05),but no correlation with TSH(r=0.063,P> 0.05).4.There was no correlation between the level of TRAb and TPOAb(r=-0.023,P> 0.05).There was no correlation between the level of TRAb and FT3,FT4,TSH(r=-0.159,r=-0.138,r=-0.160,P all > 0.05);There was also no correlation between the level of TRAb and FT3,FT4,TSH(r=0.104,r=-0.067,r=-0.192,P all > 0.05).Conclusions:1.The immune disorder of GD mainly for abnormal activation of CD4+ T cell subsets,CD8 + T cell subsets defect and CD4 + / CD8 + ratio increased.2.The change of CD4+/CD8+ T cell subsets was positively correlated with thyroid function.3.There was no obvious correlation between TRAb and TPOb,TRAb and FT3,FT4,TSH,TPOAb and FT3,FT4,TSH.
