Correlation Of The Levels Of Circulating Hepatocyte Growth Factor(HGF)in Upper Nrinary Tract Calculi

Objective:Through the determination of the different of the levels of the circulating HGF between patients with urinary calculi and normal human,and combined with blood biochemical,stone composition,such as age and gender were statistically analyzed to investigate the foamation of the urinary stone and the effect of the HGF in the prevention of urinary calculi.Methods:Select 80 cases of patients with stones,and select the same period of similar biological characteristics of normal subjects in 20 cases.The clinical data of patients,stones and early morning fasting venous blood samples were collected.The composition of stone was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy automatic analyzer.The serum HGF level was determined by ELISA method.The results were statistically analyzed by SPSS 17.0software.Results:1? There was no significant difference in age and sex between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).2? Calcium oxalate stones in the experimental group(mainly calcium oxalate monohydrate and two water calcium oxalate)in 47 cases(58.8%),carbonate apatite and calcium oxalate stones and mixed stones in 23 cases(28.8%),5 cases of urate calculi(6.3%),5 cases of six water magnesium ammonium phosphate stones(6.3%).3? Compared to the experimental group and the control group,the concentration of serum uric acid,serum potassium concentration,serum sodium concentration,blood magnesium,phosphorus,calcium showed no significant difference(P > 0.05).4? The serum triglyceride concentration in the group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).5? The serum cholesterol concentration in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05).6? The concentration of serum HGF in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P <0.05).7? The serum concentration of HGF between the male and female in the experimental group showed no significant difference(P > 0.05).8? Calcium oxalate stones,carbonate apatite and calcium oxalate stone mixture,six water ammonium magnesium phosphate stones and urate calculi serum concentration of HGF showed no obvious differences(P > 0.05).9? The results of linear correlation analysis between serum HGF concentration and age showed no significant linear correlation between serum HGF concentration and age(P > 0.05).Conclusion:The concentration of serum HGF was significantly lower in patients with urinary calculi,and reduce the degree of stone types without correlation;the decrease of HGF involved in the formation of upper urinary tract calculi;there is no significant correlation between serum HGF concentration and age,gender etc.
