Objective:By comparing the clinical data of patients with gallbladder benign diseases treated by(Transumbilical single-site laparoscopic cholecystectomy,TUSSLC)and porous laparoscopic cholecystectomy(Multiport laparoscopic,cholecystectomy,MLC),T-o analyze the safety and efficacy of TUSSLC in the treatment of benign gallbladder disease and explore the advantages of TUSSLC Technology in clinical application and the insufficiency,so as to improve the quality of operation, expand the scope of application,to play its proper value. Methods:Collecting Laparoscopic cholecystectomy for 988 cases of benign gallbladder diseases carried out by the same surgical team from the First Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University Department of general surgery in November 2011 to Nove-mber 2016,By comparing 500 cases(45 cases had a history of abdominal surgery)were treated by TUSSLC and 488 cases of MLC to summarize the clinical dat-a of the patients, analysis the operation time(single stone diameter >3cm multiple, full of stones, single stone diameter <3cm),bleeding during operation, postoperative pain(VAS),gastrointestinal recovery time, postoperative complication rate, hospitalization time and cost of hospitalization and other indicators. Results:In the 500 cases of TUSSLC,5 cases were converted to open surgery, becauseof t h-e heavy adhesion and triangular structure is not clear. The other 2 cases,Because of cholecystitis, the gallbladder wall is thicker, and the tension is larger, lead to thetraction is rather difficult, were increased the hole of operation in the right side of the abdominal wall completing the surgery ultimately successful, the remaining cases were successfully completed. In 488 cases of MLC,8 cases were converted to ope-n surgery. The remaining cases were successfully completed. The operation time(sing-le stone diameter <3cm)(49.8±2.2)?(55.1±5.3),bleeding loss(9.8±2.17)?(9.9±2.3),gastrointestinal recovery time(20.1±3.9)?(20.2±5.5)and postoperative com-plication rate were compared between the groups, there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).The experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0.05)in the operation time(single stone diameter >3cm multiple, full of stones)(47.8±3.1)?(67.7±9.8),postoperative pain(VAS)(2.4±1.3)?(4.4±1.1),the length of stay(2.3±0.7)?(4.0±0.9)and hospital costs(8132.3±970.2)?(9007.2±1048.1).Conclusion:1.Compared with the MLC,the TUSSLC is effective and feasible in the treatmen-t of benign gallbladder disease.2.TUSSLC surgery has a significant advantage in patients with a history of abdominal surgery by using Hasson technology into the a-bdomen.3.TUSSLC operation, for the single stone diameter >3cm or multiple fill-ed stone, who has an absolute advantage?4.he operation time of TUSSLC was not prolonged, and it had the advantages of light pain, low medical cost, shorter hospital stay and no scar on the abdominal wall.4.The TUSSLC is safe and feasible in t-he treatment of benign gallbladder disease which makes it has obvious promotion value.
