Objective: The study is about the effect of ketorolac preemptive analgesic on the children' laparoscopic surgery postoperative stress response,TXA-2 and GMP-140.Methods: The study had two groups: observation and control groups. The ketorolac was used in observation group for preemptive analgesic and no preemptive analgesic for control group.Sixty 2~12 year old infants were divided into the two groups randomly. The postoperative stress response,TXA2 and GMP140 were compared.Results:(1)The cortisol, epinephrine, norepinephrine levels of observation group was significantly lower than control at 0.5h and 6h(P<0.05).However,there was no significantly difference at 24h(P>0.5).(2)The TXA-2 and GMP-140 level of observation group was significantly lower than control at 0.5h(P<0.5).However,there was no significantly difference at 6h and 24h(P>0.05).(3)The side effect ratio of observation group was lower than control. Conclusion: the postoperative stress response, platelet activation can be inhibited by the application of ketorolac preemptive analgesic on infants' hypogastrium operation. At the same time, the side effect ratio was also significantly lower too.
