Research Progress On Fatigue Symptoms In Multiple Sclerosis

Multiple sclerosis(MS)is a kind of common demyelinating disease in neurology.Its recurrent and various symptoms impose severe sufferings and burdens on the patients.Fatigue is a serious disabling symptom of MS and has high disease incidence,with a negative impact on quality of life.However,due to its subjectivity and complexity,it has not received sufficient attention.In this paper,a summary concerning the pathogenesis,evaluation and treatment of fatigue in multiple sclerosis is conducted for the purpose of raising the awareness of clinicians and providing evidence for clinical therapy.
