Objective: Chongqing medical university with a pneumonia klebsiella bacteria the carbapenem antibiotic resistance change characteristics of the resistant mechanism and outer membrane protein homology analysis,provide the basis for clinical treatment and control CRKP and direction.Method: chongqing medical university with a laboratory in 2003-2003 saved may be resistant to the carbapenem antibiotics of 200 strains of klebsiella pneumoniae,use khe housekeeper identification of bacteria,Conventional drug susceptibility testing CRKP screened,PCR amplification outer membrane protein gene,ESBLs corroborate experiment and three dimensional tests to investigate whether producing Amp C and ESBLs enzyme,A modified Hodge test whether to produce carbapenem enzyme,PCR amplification common resistance genes,with MLST homology analysis was carried out on the bacteria.Results: of klebsiella pneumoniae isolated from the clinical CRKP CPC selected 22 strain;Four strains in 22 strains CRKP outer membraneprotein change;4 strains of bacteria are not producing carbon alkene enzyme,2 strains producing ESBLs enzyme,3 strains of bacteria to produce Amp C enzyme,PCR amplification of some common drug resistant genes.MLST foreign strains on the molecular classification of membrane protein change 4 strains CRKP showed the homology of the size is not the same.Conclusion: CRKP for multiple drug resistant strains,the change of the outer membrane protein combination of producing ESBLs and Amp C enzyme is one of the mechanisms of the bacterial drug resistance can not be ignored.The research results show that the region of producing ESBLs strains and Amp C enzyme on carbon penicillium alkene antibiotic resistance has important influence,and its drug resistant genes can be spread through the plasmid should cause clinical department and hospital infection control department attaches great importance to,avoid the outbreak of hospital infection.
