A Comparing Study Of Different Antiplatelet Agents After Cerebral Artery Stenting

Background: Stroke is a major disease to the human health.The clinical practice has proved that the brain artery stent is an effective method for treatment of ischemic stroke,but there is no consensus on postoperative antiplatelet aggregation solution in medical field.Objective: The experiment comparatively analyzed and researched the curative effect and adverse reaction conditions of dual antiplatelet drug treatment time and single antiplatelet drug on patients after cerebral artery stenting,to guide the management after stenting.Methods: The experiment is a retrospective study.Selected 662 patients with cerebral artery stent.Access to medical records and telephone follow-up,got the information about hypertension,diabetes,myocardial infarction,atrial fibrillation,in addition to the myocardial infarction and atrial fibrillation history of heart disease,peripheral arterial sclerosis and the basic situation of the patients,such as smoking and drinking.Finally,obtained complete information on 380 patients.According to the duration of dual antiplatelet(aspirin andclopidogrel)after cerebral artery stenting,380 patients were divided into three groups: group A(60 cases)for 1 month,the group B(220 cases)for 3 months,group C(100 cases)for 4 ~ 12 months.According to the different single antiplatelet drugs after dual antiplatelet,the patients of group A and group B were divided into two subgroups: AB1 group(132 cases)for aspirin,AB2(91 cases)for clopidogrel.Surveyed the incidence of recurrence of cerebral infarction,cerebral hemorrhage,extracranial blood,myocardial infarction,death,etc,within 1 year after cerebral artery stenting,and analyzed the curative effect of different antiplatelet therapy.Results: Postoperation within 1 year,for group A,2 cases with cerebral infarction recurrence,1 case cerebral hemorrhage,4 cases extracranial blood,no myocardial infarction and death;for group B,4 cases with cerebral infarction recurrence,5 cases extracranial blood,1 case myocardial infarction,2 death,no cerebral hemorrhage;for group C,1 case cerebral infarction recurrence,2 cases cerebral hemorrhage,6 cases extracranial blood,2 cases myocardial infarction and no death.According to the analysis of three groups,there are no significant difference on the incidence of cerebral infarction recurrence(P = 0.580).and also no significant difference(P > 0.05)on myocardial infarction,cerebral hemorrhage and extracranial blood,death.For subgroups,analysis the effect of aspirin or clopidogre after dual antiplatelet showes there was no significant difference between incidence of adverse reactions.Conclusion: After cerebral artery stenting,the recurrence rate of ischemic stroke made no significant difference among the dual antiplatelet(aspirin and clopidogre)duration of 1 month,3 months,4 ~ 12 months.After dual antiplatelet,there was no significant difference of therapy effect between aspirin and clopidogre.
