Expressions And Clinical Significances Of Cystathionine-?-yase In The Lung Cancer

Objective: This study used immunohistochemistry and Western blot method to detect the expression level and clinical significance of endogenous hydrogen sulfide synthase(CSE)in two groups of patients with pathological examination after radical resection of lung cancer amd the normal lung tissue away from cancer tissue 5cm above.Methods:This research selected 125 lung cancer cases confirmed by pathology after lung cancer resection and pathological specimens and more than 5 cm distance of cancer adjacent normal lung tissue specimens of 125 cases in the affiliated Qingdao municipal hospital of Qingdao University from January 2010 to January 2012.All cases were not treated with chemotherapy or radiotherapy before operation.Immunohistochemical technique and Western blot were used to detect the expression of cystathionine-?-yase in 125 lung cancer tissues and adjacent normal mucosa and the patient were followed up by telephone or clinic.SPSS 13 statistical software was used to analyze the data:Differential expression of cystathionine-?-yase in lung cancer tissues and adjacent normal lung cancer tissues,and the relationship between the expression and the pathological and clinical factors in patients with lung cancer.Kaplan-Meier is used to do the Survival analysis and survival curve drawing.Log-rank test are used for the difference of survival test.P<0.05 was statistically significant.Results:(1)The expression of cystathionine-?-yase in the lung cancer tissues was mainly expressed in the cytoplasm and the color was brownish yellow.The level of the expression of cystathionine-?-yase was different in the two tissues:in lung cancer tissues,the level of the expression of cystathionine-?-yase was significantly higher than that in normal tissues.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.The results of Western blot demonstrates that the expression level of the tumor cell was significantly higher than that of the adjacent normal tissues.The relationship between the expression level of the serum and the clinical and pathological factors and the 5 year survival rate of lung cancer patients were different.The expression level of lung cancer was correlated with the degree of TNM,differentiation,lymph node metastasis,tumor differentiation and tumor size(P<0.05).cystathionine-?-yase low expression in patients with lung cancer 5 years survival rate was significantly higher than the high expression of cystathionine-?-yase in lung cancer patients(Log-rank test:?2= 8.884,P=0.003<0.05).Conclusion: The high level expression of cystathionine-?-yase in lung cancer tissues may play an important role in the development and progression of lung cancer.cystathionine-?-yase in lung cancer cells and the expression of cystathionine-?-yase on lung cancer cell proliferation and apoptosis will help to understand the cystathionine-?-yase of lung cancer in the biological effect,can provide some research ideas and theoretical basis of the study the deeper the cystathionine-?-yase and lung cancer after the in-depth study of the molecular mechanism can provide some strategies and methods for the prevention and treatment of lung cancer.it can be used as a reference index to evaluate the early occurrence and prognosis of lung cancer in the future.
