Objective To evaluate the clinical value of the light blue stained area dyed by methylene blue,light blue crest(LBC),white opaque susbstance(WOS)in diagnosis of atrophy lesions of chronic gastritis.Methods Select 227 patients who need to be made gastroscopy and suit the accepting criteri from October 2015 to January 2016.All the inspect is fininshed by Olympus GIF-HQ290 endoscope.Firstly,we observe the stomach with WLI;secondly,we should observe whether there is LBC or WOS with NBI-ME;thirdly,we find whether whether there is some light blue stained area dyed by methylene blue with WLE;finally,we get the biopsy.All lesions were confirmed by pathologic diagnosis as the gold standard.Then we analyze the relationship betwee three kinds of endoscopic special performance(light blue stained area dyed by methylene blue,LBC,WOS)and pathological results.Results The 227 patients were analyzed,there are high data coherence between the three special endoscopic features and pathological result.The number of the patients who own the LBC is 58(male 28,female 30).The number of the patients who own the WOS is 60(male 29,female 31).The number of the patients who own the light blue stained area dyed by methylene blue is 67(male 33,female 34)after.The pathological diagnosis of intestinal metaplasiawere 71 cases male 33,female 34).The sensitivity degrees,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive values of light blue stained area dyed by methylene blue are: 97.01%,98.75%,97.01%,98.75%;them of LBC are 80.60 %,97.50%,93.10%,92.31%;them of WOS are82.09%,96.88,91.67%,92.81%;the chi-square test that each of the three special endoscopic features is made the chi-square test with pathological findings is:P > 0.05.With the using of the three special features,the diagnostic rate of intestinal metaplasia and early gastric cancer is improved.Conclusion The three special endoscopic features can be used as a new?simple and effective way to tell whether the patients have the intestinal metaplasia without pathological examination.
