Objectives: analysis of radiographic characteristics of integral and partial sagittal plane parameters of degenerative lumber scoliosis, and the correlation between the various parameters;investigate the relevant parameters which can affect the health related quality of life. Methods: select 74 cases of patients with degenerative lumbar scoliosis, older than 50,without gender limited.According to the Lenke-Silva classification for the group, divided into mild scoliosis group(cobb angle less than 30°)and severe scoliosis group(cobb angle equal or greater than 30°),selecting 40 cases of the same age stage of the physical examination as the control group. In the graphical system of PACS measuring the three groups of integral and partial spinopelvic sagittal plane parameters, choosing the SNK test to compare the age and radiographic measurement results of three groups, using the Pearson correlation test to analyzing the correlation among the parameters;Finishing up the self-assessment about ODI and quality of life of SF-12 questionnaire survey for all patients with degenerative scoliosis, taking the Pearson correlation test analysis the correlation between the result of rating scale and sagittal plane parameters of degenerative lumbar scoliosis. Results:Multiple comparison test displaying :(1)PR-T12: PR-T12 difference between the three groups was the most obvious,F = 11.383 P = 0.000 <0.05,the difference was statistically significant;(2)SVA: three groups of spinal sagittal plane of The incidence of imbalance was 2.0% in the control group,36.0% in the mild scoliosis group and 44.1% in the severe scoliosis group. The difference of SVA between the three groups was statistically significance.(3)The matching of PI and LL: the average value of the matching of PI-LL was 9.82 ° ± 1.96 °,and there was no significant difference between PI-LL and the PI-LL matched values proposed by Schwab,P = 0.578> 0.05;(4)TK,PT,TPA: The TK of the scoliosis group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P <0.05),and the PT and TPA of the scoliosis group were significantly increased compared with the control group, and the differences were statistically significance.Correlation results showed:(1)The correlation between PI and PT and SS still exists, and two sets of pelvic parameters are closely related;(2)LL was closely related to multiple parameters(correlation coefficient r> 0.5)included TK,SSA,SS,PR-T12,PR-S1,SSA and LL are the most closely related,r = 0.737.(3)The correlation between SSA and TPA among radiographic parameters was superior to SVA.HRQOL score correlation study showed: SVA had a stronger correlation with HRQL than PT and had a weak correlation with SF-12 MCS,r = 0.192,p = 0.045 <0.05.LL had the strongest correlation with ODI,r =-0.648,p = 0.016 <0.05.Conclusions: 1.Pay more attention to evaluate the parameters of PT and PR-T12 parameters in the spine-pelvic sagittal plane of patients with degenerative lumbar scoliosis, the matching of PI-LL is of great significance for orthopedic therapy.2.SVA balance and reasonable value of PT have a clear meaning for healthy quality of life with degenerative lumbar scoliosis patients.
