The Application Of Concentrated Growth Factors Membrane In Oral Mucosa Tissue Defect

Objective In this study,we used the human body's own CGF membrane to repair the oral mucosal defect,observe and explore the effect of promoting the healing of soft tissue and reduce the scar,evaluate the clinical significance of CGF film in the repair of oral mucosal tissue defect and provide new treatment for oral mucosal defect Ideas and methods.Methods Select and collect the patients from the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery,General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from March 2015 to November 2016 for patients with oral mucosal defects due to surgery.The rats in the experimental group were treated with autologous CGF membrane to repair the defect wound.The control group was directly treated with iodoform gauze anti-wrap dressing covering the wound for the same period.The growth situation of wound area was recorded at 1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks,1 month,1 month,3 months after operation,and the healing rate of wound area was calculated by using the Image-Pro Plus(IPP)image analysis software.At the same time,record the wound healing time,use the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)to evaluate the subjective feelings of the patients,use the Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)Chinese version to assess the postoperative scar formation in March,and analyzed statistically.Results Forty-two patients with oral mucosal tissue defects collected from March 2015 to November 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group(n = 19)and control group(n = 20).1.The wound healing rate was statistically analyzed at 2 weeks,3 weeks and 1 month after operation in the experimental group and the control group,the difference was statistically significant.2.The VAS scores were statistically analyzed at 1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks,and 1 month after operation in the experimental group and the control group,showing a statistically significant difference.3.The VSS score of the experimental group and the control group was statistically analyzed after 3 months,indicating that the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions 1.CGF membrane can be used for the repair of oral mucosal tissue defects.2.Repair of oral mucosal tissue defects with CGF membrane can shorten the time of wound healing,reduce postoperative discomfort,reduce the formation of postoperative scar.3.CGF membrane is taken from the autologous venous blood,accesses to convenient and quick,and is suitable for clinical promotion.
