Part 1: Synthesis and application of new chiral crown ethers and building the catalyst libraryChiral crown ether catalyst has been used in some asymmetric reactions,such as Michael addition,?-elimination reaction,Mannich reaction,kinetic resolution,and played a very good catalytic effect.We had a deeper understanding of chiral crown ether catalysts with the development of our research.Based on the classical structure of catalyst?R?-a,we designed a series of new functional chiral crown ether catalysts in view of the problems we want to solve.These new catalysts showed better catalytic effect than classical catalyst in some reactions.Part 2: K₂S₂O₈ catalyzed Friedel-Crafts type alkylation of indoles with ?-amido sulfonesA K₂S₂O₈ Catalyzed alkylation reaction of ?-amido sulfones into C-3 position of Indoles is reported.The protocol developed herein is cost efficiency and procedure easy handing.The formed product bears a versatile transformable sulfone group and amino group.The reaction condition is well tolerated to a wide range of substrates,including a series of Indoles with electro-withdrawing and denoting substitution groups in different position,and a verities of substituted ?-phenyl amido sulfones,moreover,some ?-alphalic substituted amido sulfones also gave the desired products with modest yield.Furthermore,a preliminary mechanism study was performed and the plausible mechanism of the reaction was discussed as well.
