Objective: To systematically review the effectiveness and safety of early rehabilitation in patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhageMethods: The randomized controlled trials(RCTs)and cohort studys about early rehabilitation for treating patients with aneurysm subarachnoid hemorrhage was searched in the Cochrane Library(Issue,2016),CENTRAL,Pub Med,EMbase,CNKI,VIP,WanFang Data and CBM from the date of their establishment to November 2016.Literature screening according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, data extraction and methodological quality assessment of the included studies were completed by two reviewers independently.Meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.3 software. Results: A total of 3 cohort studys involving 335 SAH patients were finally enrolled. The results of meta-analysis indicated that: compared with control group(standard treatment),the experimental group(early rehabilitation)was more effective in reducing symptomatic vasospasm. However,no significant difference was found in the incidence of death and hydrocephalus. Conclusion: Current evidence suggests that early rehabilitation can reduce the the occurrence of symptomatic vasospasm and lung infection and do not increase mortality and occurrence of hydrocephalus. However, due to limited quality and quantity of the included studies, the above conclusion needs to be verified by high-quality RCTs...
