Objectives:The expression of E-cadherin??-catenin?c-Myc and Ki-67 in three positive mammary gland hyperplasia to explore the differences among triple-negative breast cancer,non-tri-negative breast cancer and hyperplasia of mammary gland,To search and the correlation between clinical symptoms of disease type,research about three kinds of three negative expression in breast tumor,three negative expectations for exploring to supply reference purpose of diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer..Methods:The 53 positive cases breast tumor disease and of 42 non-tri-negative breast cancers were retrospectively analyzed were recruited from The First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology between January 1,2010 and December 2014.Randomly selected 20 cases of breast hyperplasia specimens as a control using biochemical coloring of immune cells express of test samples E-cadherin,?-catenin,c-Myc and Ki-67,and tissues.The results was treated by matehed-pairs T test,,chi-square test,Mann-Whitney U test,Kruskal-Wallis H test results.Results:The expression of E-cadherin in mammary gland hyperplasia group,NTNBC and TNBC was 100%,97.62% and 98.11%,respectively.The results have obvious difference in the minutes of the meeting(P < 0.05)There was no significant difference in the expression of TNBC(P > 0.05).The low expression of E-cadherin in 53 cases of TNBC was not significantly correlated with age,menopause,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage(P > 0.05),which was significantly correlated with histological grade and tumor size(P < 0.05).In 42 cases of NTNBC,the expression of E-cadherin was only correlated with tumor size(P < 0.05).The expression of ?-catenin in mammary gland hyperplasia group,NTNBC and TNBC was 95.45%,100% and 98.11%,respectively.The results have obvious difference in the minutes of the meeting(P < 0.05)There was no significant difference in the expression of TNBC(P > 0.05).The high expression level of ?-catenin in 53 cases of triple-negative breast cancer was not significantly correlated with age,menopause,lymph node metastasis,tumor size and clinical stage(P > 0.05),which was only correlated with histological grade(P < 0.05).The expression level of ?-catenin in 42 cases of NTNBC breast cancer was significantly correlated with age,menopause,lymph node metastasis,tumor size,histological grade and clinical stage(P > 0.05).The expression of c-Myc in mammary gland hyperplasia group,NTNBC and TNBC was 0%,26.19% and 11.32% respectively,The results have obvious difference in the minutes of the meeting(P < 0.05)The expression difference in TNBC was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The The expression of the original cancer cell factor level in 95 breast tumor had no significant and age,menopause morphology,little big tumor,lymph node mobile kind,cytology and clinical period of stage(P > 0.05).The expression of Ki-67 in mammary gland hyperplasia group,NTNBC and TNBC was 4.55%,97.62% and 98.11% respectively,The expression difference in TNBC group was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The expression level of Ki-67 in 53 cases of TNBC was not significantly correlated with age,menopause,lymph node metastasis,tumor size and clinical stage(P > 0.05),which was only correlated with histological grade(P < 0.05).The expression level of Ki-67 in 42 cases of non-triple negative breast cancer was significantly correlated with age,menopause,lymph node metastasis,tumor size,histological grade and clinical stage(P > 0.05).Conclusions:The expression of E-cadherin,?-catenin,c-Myc and Ki-67 in mammary gland hyperplasia group,NTNBC and TNBC were significantly different.The difference was statistically significant.The low expression level of E-cadherin was significantly correlated with histological grade and tumor size in TNBC,only in NTNBC.?-catenin was significantly correlated with the low level of histological grading in TNBC.The expression level of c-Myc in breast cancer was not significantly correlated with age,menopause,lymph node metastasis,tumor size,histological grade and clinical stage.Ultra high expression significantly TNBC Ki-67 correlated with histological grade.
