| Objective:To compare the clinical significance of laparoscopic assisted total gastrectomy(TG)and laparoscopic assisted proximal gastrectomy(PG)for surgical treatment of proximal gastric cancer.Methods: From October 2014 to December 2016 in Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University,gastroscope pathological diagnosis of proximal gastric cancer underwent laparoscopic assisted surgery for the clinical data of 52 cases with proximal resection in 25 cases,27 cases of gastric resection group.The characteristics of the two groups were compared between the two groups,and the differences of operation and postoperative complications were compared.Results: The general characteristics of the proximal resection group and the total gastrectomy group were basically the same,and there was no significant difference in age,sex,BMI(body mass index),tumor location and tumor stage(P>0.05).The comparison of the two groups of proximal resection group than total gastrectomy group(min),the operation time is short(231.40 + 25.44 VS 263.70 + 16.21,P<0.05),postoperative ventilation time(days)shorter(2.68 + 0.85 VS 3.19 + 0.88,P<0.05),extubation time of abdominal drainage after operation(d)short(8.60 + 2.18 VS 10.11+ 2.78,P<0.05),postoperative hospital stay(days)short(11.88 + 1.67 VS 13.22 +2.81,P<0.05),but the number of lymph node dissection(a)less(19.60 + 4.74 VS25.59 + 9.06,P<0.05).Two groups of intraoperative blood loss(ML)(117.20 + VS150.37 + 70.46,P=0.060)and postoperative complications(22% VS 22.2%,P=0.845)were not statistically different.Conclusion: laparoscopy-assisted proximal gastrectomy is a safe and effective method for the treatment of proximal gastric cancer. |
