Objective:Compare the beneficial result oftwo surgical approachs for treatment of acetabular fracture.Method:Randomly selected 28 cases of acetabular fracture surgerypatients as the researchobject in our hospital from August 2014 to December 2016,14 cases of modified Stoppa surgical treatment, the rest of the ilioinguinal approach in treatment. The two groups were followed for at least one years. The modified Stoppa approach was the study group, and the ilioinguinal approach was the routine group. It is comparisonof two groups of subjects of basic information and related to the operation, such as intraoperative blood loss, operative time and postoperative effect. At the same time, each case was analyzed and compared, and the results of the two approaches were compared between two groups of patients who were followed up for 3,6,12 months, followed by hip Merled 'Aubigne results.Result:1.The operations of the two groups were successfully completed, and there was no statistical difference between the two groups in the basic data analysis(P>0.05).There was no statistical difference between the preoperative fracture type(P >0.05).2.Compared with the routine group, the study group in the operation time, and blood loss are relatively smaller, and the incision length is shorter, and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).On two groups of patients were followed up,follow-up results there were no statistical differences. In routine group, there are a small number of patients with limb swelling, elevation of processing after the symptoms disappeared, two groups during the treatment there was no death.3.The incision negative pressure drainage tube was removed within 24-72 hours after operation,Then the pelvic anteroposterior position and theiliac oblique X-ray images were examined and the corresponding reduction Matta score was determined. The results showed no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).4.The routine group of 14 patients with complications occurred in five cases, and the study group was only one case of complications.Postoperative complications were significantly less than the routinel group. The difference of both was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The modified Stoppa approach for acetabular fracture can better expose the fracture end of fracture, and can promote the fracture alignment, fixation and recovery, and the complications are less obviously.
