Anatomical Study Of Gastric Lymph Node NO.6 And Its Clinical Approach In Radical Laparoscopic Radical Gastrectomy

Objective : Through the observation of human body anatomy and clinical laparoscopic gastric cancer,the anatomical distribution of NO.6 lymph nodes was explored and the anatomical localization of this area.Further discussion the dissection surgical approach of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy NO.6 lymph node.Methods:1.Anatomical observation was made on the old specimens of 10% formalin solution immobilized by anatomical method.The level of the lymph nodes of the 6th group was dissected and the related blood vessels were observed in the area.The distribution of lymph nodes in the sixth group of the stomach,the peripheral blood vessels to determine the stomach group 6 lymph nodes and the corresponding vascular relationship and the plane.2.By observing 30 cases of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy and radical gastrectomy for 30 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery at the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University,these procedures were completed in the period from January2016 to date.The anatomical localization marker of the 6th group of lymph nodes and the surgical approach for thorough cleaning.Results:Human body anatomy and clinical surgery video observation showed that the first 6 groups of lymph nodes and peripheral blood vessels are located in the gastric ligament and mesangial formation of the anatomical plane.Laparoscopic radical resection of the NO.6 lymphatic dissection and anatomical indications are duodenal descent,pancreas,Helen's vein,gastroduodenal artery and so on.Laparoscopic surgery in the stomach from the anterior septum can be better to identify the stomach NO.6lymph nodes and peripheral blood vessels,better cleaning the NO.6 lymph nodes.Conclusion:The observation of the anatomical localization of the lymph nodes and its surrounding blood vessels and fascia in the 6th group of the stomach and the application of the anatomical landmarks in the operation of laparoscopic gastric cancer will help to make the radical resection of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy more in line with the principle of surgical safety,Better to achieve the oncology of the radical norms,the better the NO.6 lymph nodes were thoroughly cleaned.
