Objective: through the comparison and analysis of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)patients with acute aggravating period of pulmonary function before and after heat treatment index(FVC,FEV1 / FVC,FEV1 % Mr Pred),plasma vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP),calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP)the change of the concentration,explore its action mechanism and clinical significance.Methods: 60 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease period,were randomly divided into heat treatment group and control group,30 cases in the two groups were given electric heat for 2 hours vest close-fitting,lung function test before and after heat treatment and venous blood.Results: thermal therapy group after heat treatment the lung function index(FVC,FEV1 / FVC,FEV1 % Mr Pred)from the previous increased significantly(P < 0.01),the control group before and after heat treatment lung function index change had no statistical significance(P > 0.05);Thermal therapy group after heat treatment in plasma vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP),calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP)concentration significantly increased compared with the previous(P < 0.01),in the control group before and after plasma vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP),calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP)concentration changes without statistical significance(P > 0.05);Heat treatment group compared with control group,the indicators are statistically significant differences(P < 0.01).Conclusions:(1)neurogenic medium,exist in the COPD can be mediated inflammatory COPD,temperature and the release of neurogenic medium.(2)through heat treatment,the local temperature change,influence the release of neurogenic medium,can improve the acute aggravating period of airway obstruction in patients with COPD and airflow limitation,can decrease The Times of acute exacerbation COPD patients and improve the pulmonary function and clinical symptoms.
