Objective: Through the detection of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in Qinghai area(Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)of serum ?-glutamyltransferase(?-GT),cholinesterase(CHE)and insulin resistance index(IR),to evaluate the diagnostic value of the predictive value of NAFLD.Methods: 1.A total of 73 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were collected from November 2015 to November 2016 in our hospital, and 77 normal healthy subjects were examined in the physical examination center as control.2.Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease was confirmed by abdominal CT examination,Two groups of serum glucose, blood lipids, liver function and serum insulin levels were measured.HOMA-IR(IR),HOMA-IS and HOMA? are calculated by steady-state model evaluation(HOMA).Result: 1.NAFLD group ALT,TG,BMI,FBG,?-GT and HOMA-IR level higher than the normal control group, there was significant difference(P<0.05),IS level is lower than the normal control group, there was significant difference(P<0.05),there was no statistical difference between CHE and HOMA?(P>0.05).2.?-GT(OR=1.235,P<0.05)and HOMA-IR(OR=17.247,P<0.05)are independent risk factors of NAFLD.3.The best cut-off point of IR for NAFLD was 1.76,the sensitivity was 78.1% and the specificity was 64.9%.The best cut-off point of ?-GT was 24.7U/L,the sensitivity was 56.2% and the specificity was 83.1%..Conclusion:1.In Qinghai, the levels of serum ?-GT,IR,ALT,TG and FBG increased in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, while the level of HOMA-IS decreased, while the levels of CHE and HOMA? were not different;2.Combined detection of serum ?-GT and IR may be an independent risk factor for predicting the occurrence of NAFLD,and has an early predictive value for NAFLD diagnosis.
