Minimal deviation adenocarcinoma of the uterine cervix is a rare, welldifferentiated mucous adenocarcinoma.Clinical symptom mainly include watery or mucoid vaginal discharge, irregular vaginal bleeding, and contact cervical bleeding.Signs were cervical hypertrophy or thickening.Cytologic evaluations and biopsies have low detection rates, and the main factor for the poor prognosis of the disease is delay in diagnosis.Deep cervical biopsies or cervical conization should be performed as well as immunostaining with specific tumor markers in patients for patients with highly suspected MDA with repeatedly negative results to cytological evaluations and biopsies. The treatment schedule for MDA is the same as that for common AUCs at the same stage.Surgery remains the main treatment for patients with early stage lesions.Radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy is recommended for patients with advanced disease. The 5 years survival rate were less then 25%,patients outcome were bad and early metastasis?...
