Immediate Loading Of The Posterior Teeth Area With Double Thread And Wide Pitch Implants

Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of the application of double thread and wide pitch implants in the posterior area.Methods:After implant insertion,the temporary restoration was repaired imme diately.The implant success rate,the bone resorption of the alveolar ridge,the height of the papilla and the soft group inflammation were evaluated at 3months,6 months and 12 months after implantation.Results:No immediate loading implants loosen at 3 months,6 months and 12 months.There was no X-ray transmembrane area around the implant,and the implant success rate was 100%.Average absorption of implant neck edge was0.15 mm at 3 months,0.31 mm at 6 months and 0.4mm at 12 months after implantation.The height of the gingival papilla around the implant was well recovered,and the average gingival papilla index was 3.Two patients occurred peri-implant mucositis around the temporary crown,while after the final repair no significant inflammation of soft tissue around the implant happened.Conclusion:Immediate loading of the posterior teeth area with double thread and wide pitch implants could get a good clinical effect,but long-term effect needs to be further observed.
