Part1 Evaluation of the normal anatomy of the coronary vein with 256slice spiral CTObjective: The anatomical structure and display rate of normal coronary sinus were analyzed by 256-slice spiral CT,Also the correlation between sex and age was analyzed.Methods: 200 Patients suspected coronary artery disease were specti vely performed coronary CTA scan.At same time added scanning the level of liver and umbilicus in all patients.The CT value of liver and spleen and the thickness of subcutaneous adipose tissue and EAT volume were measured by 3D postprocessing workstation.The degree and number of coronary artery stenosis and the characters of plaques were record and EAT volume.To anylyze the relationship EAT volume with coronary artery stenosis group.200 cases of suspected coronary heart disease or coronary artery examination underwent 256 slice spiral CTA examination and display no coronary artery disease,and eligible patients,including 92 cases of male,female 108 cases,mean age(56.35 ± 10.83)years;the original image of coronary CTA diastolic phase 75% phase image reconstruction,observation of the coronary sinus(coronary sinus CS),posterior interventricular vein(the posterior inter ventricular vein PIV),left ventricular posterior vein(posterior vein of the left ventricle PVLV),the left marginal vein leftmarginal vein(LMV),great cardiac vein(GCV),anterior inter(anterior vein ask ventricular vein AIV small cardiac vein,cardiac vein(SCV),Marshall(Marshall vein)vein to walk the line,the anatomical structure and the display rate,and grouped according to the gender,divided into male group and female group in accordance with the years;The age group was divided into three groups,aged from 40 to 60 years old,aged from to>60,and the correlation between the anatomical structure and the display rate of the coronary vein was analyzed.Results:First,cardiac venous(GCV),coronary sinus(CS),posterior chamber(PIV),and anterior chamber(AIV)were 100% displayed in all cases.The left ventricular posterior vein(PVLV)showed a rate of 90.5%(181/200),71.5%(144/200)in the left margin,and 19%(38/200)for the small veins.Second,left ventricular posterior vein(PVLV)and left margin vein(LMV)import point variation.Third,there was no significant correlation between the display rate and sex(P>0.05).Fourth,there was no significant difference between the three groups(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the three groups(P> 0.05).Conclusion:Coronary artery imaging with 256 slice spiral CT can objectively show the coronary vein walking,anatomy and the relationship with the surrounding tissue,which provides an important reference value for the successful implementation of cardiac interventional surgery.Part2 Quantitative Analysis of Normal Value of Cardiac Vein System by 256-Slice Spiral CT scanObjective: Quantitative measurement of normal adult coronary sinus,mainly branch diameter,cross-sectional area by using 256-slice spiral CT,and analysis of gender and age correlation.Methods: A total of 81 patients with suspected coronary heart disease or physical examination were examined by CTA in 256-slice spiral coronary arteries and showed no coronary artery disease,and 37 patients with male and 44 patients,mean age(54.02 ± 13.39)years;Coronary artery disease and heart disease patients were not found in coronary CTA examination results,mufti during the reconstruction of the original image of the patient,select end diastolic image reconstruction,and the main quantitative measurement of coronary vein branch diameter,cross-sectional area,and the measured values were statistically analyzed with gender,age group.Results: There was a significant correlation between EAT volume and paracardial adipose tissue volume(r?0.837,P<0.01),BMI and PAT volume in severe coronary artery stenosis group was significantly higher than without coronary artery disease group(P<0.05).Conclusion: First,the quantitative measurement of great cardiac vein(GCV)and coronary sinus(CS),posterior interventricular vein(PIV),left ventricular posterior vein(PVLV),the left marginal vein(LMV),small cardiac vein diameter,cross-sectional area,comparison of different gender,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Second,81 patients were divided into three groups according to the age of A(= 45 years),B(45-65),C(over 65 years)three groups,great cardiac vein(GCV)and coronary sinus(CS),posterior interventricular vein(PIV),left ventricular posterior vein(PVLV),the left marginal vein(LMV),small cardiac vein diameter,crosssectional area of quantitative measurements were compared between different age groups,no significant difference between the three groups of coronary vein and branch diameter and cross-sectional area(P>0.05).The coronary sinus in size,area,diameter,anteroposterior diameter,posterior interventricular vein,left ventricular posterior veins,left marginal branch diameter,posterior interventricular vein,left ventricular posterior branch vein and the left marginal branch area of 95% reference ranges were 11.67~12.84 mm,49.82~72.66mm~-7.85.9.30 mm,7.90~9.54mm;2.51~3.37 mm,2.90~3.56 mm,1.92~2.39 mm,5.72~10.31mm-6.86~10.72 mm,3.12~4.92 mm.Conclusion:256-slice spiral CT coronary angiography can be an objective quantitative quantitative measurement of coronary vein main branch diameter,coronary vein cross-sectional area,for the successful implementation of cardiac intervention surgery provides an important image reference value.Part3 Quantitative study of coronary artery in 256 patients with severe coronary artery stenosis by single slice spiral CTOboective: Quantitative measurement of coronary vein in patients with single coronary artery stenosis was performed by 256-slice spiral CT.The relationship between coronary artery disease and coronary vein system was observed compared with normal control group.Methods: A retrospective analysis of 121 cases of coronary artery CTA examination in our hospital of which 64 cases of the control group,the selected cases were no abnormal coronary artery,in line with the inclusion criteria;single coronary artery stenosis group of 57 cases,all patients with original images were measured.The diameter of the venous(PIV),the posterior ventricle(PVLV),the left margin(LMV),the diameter of the small cardiac vein(SMV)and the cross-sectional area were compared between the normal coronary artery and the coronary stenosis.The data were observed between the two groups.There was no significant difference between the two groups.The patients were divided into two groups> 60 years old and ?60 years old.The patients were divided into two groups according to age.Results:1 The rate of coronary heart disease(GCV),coronary sinus(CS),posterior interventricular vein(PIV)and anterior interventricular vein(AIV)were 100% in coronary artery and coronary stenosis group.The left ventricular venous(PVLV)in the right coronary artery and coronary stenosis group were 93.75%(60/64),82.46%(47/57),left margin(LMV)Coronary artery stenosis group 59.38%(38/64),63.16%(36/57).2 Coronary sinus(CS)anteroposterior diameter and upper and lower diameter,posterior interven-tricular vein(PIV),left margin vein(PVLV)There was no statistically significant difference between the diameter and cross-sectional area at the entrance in the normal coronary artery and the presence of single coronary artery stenosis(P>0.05).3 The diameter of the anteroposterior sinus of the coronary sinus was greater than the age of ?60(P=0.017)in the coronary stenosis group and the upper and lower diameter of the coronary sinus was greater than the age group of ?60(P=0.001),there was no statistical difference between the crosssectional area and the diameter of the coronary vein(P> 0.05).Conclusion:By using 256 slice spiral CT can objectively show the coronary artery and coronary vein,single coronary artery stenosis had no obvious effect on coronary vein,the latter of clinical coronary vein surgery has important clinical value.
