Objective: Based on the "experts consensus of acute paraquat poisoning diagnosis and treatment" published by China Association of Emergency Physicians in 2013[1](referred to as "consensus"),the use of scientific methods to develop a more rapid,reasonable and standardized new processes and applied to clinical,so as to effectively shorten the first treatment time of paraquat poisoning patients,to promote the improvement of nursing efficiency and quality improvement,reduce the mortality rate of paraquat poisoning patients.Methods:1 research methods: This study is a randomized controlled study to investigate the two groups of paraquat poisoning patients using different emergency care process,compare the differences between the two groups.A total of 57 cases of paraquat poisoning patients in the first emergency nursing process were selected from October 2015 to April 2016.From August 2016 to January 2017,the "four in one" emergency nursing process was used in 60 cases of paraquat poisoning patients were observed in the observation group,respectively,the first two groups of gastric lavage time,the first blood purification time,the first use of glucocorticoid time,mortality,the collected data for statistical analysis to determine the effect of "four in one" emergency nursing process.First gastric lavage time: refers to the time required for paraquat poisoning patients from taking poison to the first gastric lavage.First blood purification time: refers to the paraquat poisoning patients from the drug to the first blood purification time required.The first use of glucocorticoid time: refers to the paraquat poisoning patients from the drug to the first intravenous infusion of glucocorticoid time required.2 statistical methods: the results of this experiment using SPSS21.0 analysis.Metrological data does not satisfy normality,expressed as M(P25,P75),and the two samples are compared with rank sum test.The count data are expressed as actual numbers and percentages,and the two samples are compared with the chi-square test.Test level ?=0.05,P<0.05 that the difference was statistically significant.Results:1 There were no significant differences in sex,age,and dose of the two groups(P> 0.05).The two samples were not affected by the above factors.2 the first gastric lavage time: the application of "four in one" emergency care process before and after the difference is not significant.The first gastric lavage time in the control group was 1.46 h,and the first gastric lavage time in the observation group was 1.20 h,the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).3 the first blood purification time: the application of "four in one" emergency care process after the first blood purification time shortened.The first blood purification time of the control group was 4.90 h,the first blood purification time in the observation group was 4.30 h,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).4 the first application of glucocorticoid time: the application of "four in one" emergency care process after the first application of glucocorticoid time shortened.The first application of glucocorticoid time in the control group was 4.30 h,and the first time the glucocorticoid time was 3.67 h in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5 mortality: the application of "four in one" emergency care process after paraquat poisoning patients with reduced mortality.The mortality rate was 59.65% in the control group and 40% in the observation group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).to treat the experience of paraquat poisoning patients,developed a "four in one" emergency care process,to achieve from the hospital emergency,emergency rescue room,emergency ICU,emergency ward "four in one " The first aid care workflow,shortening the patient's first blood purification time,shortening the patient's first application of glucocorticoid time,thereby reducing the time to treat patients and improve the efficiency of patients with paraquat poisoning.Conclusions:1 the study based on "consensus" combined with their own departments to treat the experience of paraquat poisoning patients,developed a "four in one" emergency care process,to achieve from the hospital emergency,emergency rescue room,emergency ICU,emergency ward "four in one " The first aid care workflow,shortening the patient's first blood purification time,shortening the patient's first application of glucocorticoid time,thereby reducing the time to treat patients and improve the efficiency of patients with paraquat poisoning.2 the study of the original paraquat poisoning in the treatment process based on the process optimization,the existing process to meet the clinical needs,nursing work more clear,simple,clear,smooth,more comprehensive coordination of health care,improve the work of health care effectiveness.3 the study in the research stage,the department conducted a full training of medical blood purification.Doctors proficient in a variety of blood purification technology indications and contraindications,master the deep vein catheterization technology,treatment of blood purification process complications,for the successful implementation of blood purification to provide prerequisites.Nurses are familiar with a variety of blood purification machine operating procedures,alarm handling,machine maintenance.Department of blood purification technology successfully carried out.
