Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Xiaoyingliufang Thyroid Tumors

Objective: By observing the clinical study of thyrographic tumor in the treatment of thyroid neoplasms,we compared the control group 1 and the simple oral iodine-free control group 2 to evaluate the effect of reducing the size of the tumor,improving the clinical curative effect,regulating the thyroid hormone Level,enhance immune function and safety and other aspects of the role.Methods:The study was selected as outpatient or physical examination cases,by ultrasound,laboratory and pathology cytology confirmed nodular goiter and thyroid cancer,a total of 100 cases,the treatment group of 40 patients,using Xiaoyingliufang,weekly guarantee Taking 6 to pay the traditional Chinese medicine;control group 1 of 30 patients,taking Xiaojin Wan 1.8g each time,2 times a day;control group 2 of 30 patients,switch to no iodized salt,do not take any drugs.The three groups were evaluated after treatment for 6 months.Results:1 Tumor improvement:treatment group have 5 cases were cured,12 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective,effective rate was 75%;Control group 1 have 3 cases were cured,8 cases markedly effective,10 cases were effective,effective rate was 70%;The control group 2 have 1 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were effective,other are invalid,the effective rate was only 13.3%.the treatment group had no difference compared with the control group 1(P>0.05).the treatment group compared with control 2 group(P<0.01),there was statistically significant difference.2 Thyroid function: Thyrotropin levels of treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.05),Thyrotropin levels of the control group 1 decreased significantly(P<0.05),there was statistically significant difference all of above.The control group 2 in the FT4 level increased significantly(P< 0.05),there was statistically significant difference.Thyrotropin levels of the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group 1,there was statistically significant difference(P< 0.05).The treatment group compared with the control group 2,each item were statistical difference(P<0.05).3 The immune function: In the treatment group,CD3,CD4 and CD8 increased significantly,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05),In the control group 1,CD4 and CD8 increased significantly,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The control group 2 did not change(P>0.05)had no significant difference;Treatment group and control group 1,CD3 CD4 and NK(P<0.05)were statistically significant;and the 2 group comparison,the differences were statistically(P<0.05).4 The safety: Blood platelet and hemoglobin had significant difference(P<0.05),serological indexes in liver and kidney function were in normal range,and the treatment before and after the change is small,which means less damage to the liver and kidney,and in the treatment group had no adverse reaction occurred.Conclusions:Xiaoyingliufang has a good therapeutic effect on thyroid neoplasms,which can not only effectively reduce the size of tumor,improve clinical symptoms,regulate thyroid function,but also have high safety,avoid allergy and other adverse reactions occur,especially In enhancing the immune function of patients,has a more prominent advantages,worthy of clinical use.
