With the rapid development of Chinese economy and society,more and more people begin to pay attention to oral health and beautiful.People communicate with language,therefore oral health is significant for everyone and the domestic demand for professional oral medical institutions is also rising.Development of the market demand,the domestic oral hospitals and clinics have sprung up one after another.However,there are not complete management system and regulation in market of oral medical institution.It is noticeable that the phenomenon makes the whole mouth industry get bad reputation.This essay will help companies get more and more customers and markets,moreover enhance the brand influence.HEDA oral hospital was established in the 1990 s,so far there have been 27 years of development history,from the initial development a private dental clinics,become the Dalian city’s largest chain of oral medical institutions,individual has a 25% market share in Jinzhou area,is a strong,advanced technology of modern oral medical institutions.While hospitals have been in Dalian city occupy important market share,at the same time,it has certain popularity in local,but as the national economic development,not only oral health care industry also will rise,more and more competitors and substitutes enters the market continuously,let HEDA oral hospital under pressure,because of the overall market share no obvious increase in Dalian,plus the state-owned hospital oral department also has a growing,this is for HEDA oral hospital business development and profitability for hit,so HEDA oral hospital need to adjust the marketing strategy,strengthen their own competitive advantage,stability and enhance the profitability of current.It is for this purpose this paper research,first of all to HEDA oral hospital operating conditions and problems of the current,then use the advanced marketing management knowledge and methods to analyze these problems and find the cause HEDA oral hospital current marketing ability,the root cause of the declining market share,so that more targeted for HEDA oral advise on hospital marketing strategy,establishing more adaptable to the long-term development of the hospital marketing strategy,fundamentally help HEDA oral hospital marketing solution to the current difficulties,for the company to create better sales performance.All the results of this article is to solve the problem of HEDA oral hospital marketing and to find the marketing law of oral medical market,in order to help other institutions to solve similar problems,strengthen the industry standard and provide consumers with more quality,safety and health service.
