| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Tongfu mixture pyrogenic dressing combined with Xianlinggubao capsule in the treatment of residual low back pain with osteoporosis vertebral compression fracture patients after Percutaneous kyphoplasty therapy,and to explore its mechanism.Methods: During the period from August 2015 to October 2016 was diagnosed with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in the treatment of inpatients in TCM Hospital of Gansu Province,after examination has been undergoing percutaneous kyphoplasty for the treatment,there are still 78 cases of postoperative patients with low back pain.According to the order of their hospital treatment and the random number table,the patients were divided into the test group and the control group,and 39 patients in each group.Under the condition of eliminating other thoracolumbar spine diseases,minimizing the impact of surgical factors and good postoperative wound healing,the test group was given Xianlingbonebao capsule oral administration and Tongfu mixture topical,and the control group to Xianlingbonebao capsule oral and hot towel topical.The rest treatment of the two groups of patients is same,with the appropriate functional exercise.The VAS score,ODI index,the number of tender points and the changes of serum IL-1? and IL-6 were observed at different time points before and after the treatment of two groups.A course of treatment is two weeks and the treatment lasts two courses.After the data collection,the test results were analyzed by the statistical software,combining with the professional knowledge to discuss the improvement for pain relief and functional activities,and further to evaluate its clinical efficacy.Results: Through the observation and comparison of the general data of the two groups,and the changes of VAS score,ODI index,the number of tenderness points and serum IL-1?,IL-6 at different time points before treatment and after treatment,the results are as follows:1.There was no significant difference(P>0.1)between the two groups in terms of gender,age,number of vertebral fractures and fracture segment and bone mineral density before the treatment.2.VAS pain score: there was no significant difference(P>0.1)between the two groups before treatment in the VAS scores.While the VAS scores of the test group of patients werelower than the control group at the end of the treatment of 1W and 4W,there was significant difference(P<0.05);comparing the two groups before treatment and after treatment,the VAS in each group after treatment was lower than that before treatment,there were significant differences(P<0.05).3.ODI dysfunction index: comparing the ODI score in the two groups before treatment,there was no significant difference(P>0.1).While the ODI scores of the test group of patients were lower than that of the control group at the end of the treatment of 1W and 4W,there was significant difference(P<0.05);comparing the two groups before treatment and after treatment,the ODI in each group after treatment was lower than that before treatment,there were significant differences(P<0.05).4.The number of tenderness points in the lesions: the number of tenderness points before and after treatment in the two groups was statistically significant,and there was no significant difference(P>0.1).After the treatment of 1W and 4W,the number of tenderness points in each group was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.05)The number of tenderness points of the test group at the end of the treatment of 1W and 4W were less than the control group,and its magnitude of the reduction is also larger,there were significant differences(P<0.05).5.The changes of serum IL-1? and IL-6: there was no significant difference in serum IL-1?and IL-6 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.1).At the end of the treatment of 1W,the serum IL-1? and IL-6 of the test group patients were lower than the control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.1);At the end of the treatment of 4W,the serum IL-1? and IL-6 of the test group patients were lower than the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);comparing the two groups before treatment and after treatment,and the IL-1? and IL-6 in serum in each group after treatment were lower than those before treatment,there was a significant difference(P<0.05)with the treatment time decreased gradually.6.The total curative effect of two groups of patients after treatment: in the test group,the cure rate was 23%,the effective rate was 48.7%,the improvement rate was 28.2% and the ineffective rate was 0.While in the control group,the cure rate was 5.1%,the effective rate was 20.5%,the improvement rate was 69.2% and the ineffective rate was 5.1%.The curativeeffect of the test group was higher than that of the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions: Tongfu mixture pyrogenic dressing combined Xianlinggubao capsule can not only effectively relieve the low back pain of residual kyphoplasty,but also is helpful to improve the functional activities of patients,to reduce the IL-1? and IL-6 in serum,to alleviate inflammation,to prevent inflammation lesion stimulation,and promote patients' early recovery.The curative effect is safe in the treatment,effective and non-toxic side effects,which is worthy of clinical application. |
